“Although most dealings with tow companies mean you are not in a very fun situation, I am very grateful it was DELANEYS towing that we dealt with. I cannot stress enough how much easier Austin with Delaneys made the tough situation. From beginning to end he was EXTREMELY helpful, polite, & patient with us while we were dealing with him. “I called first to see if they could look at my car today, they told me to show up at 1:30, so I did. Scotty and his wife are customer service professionals, very friendly! Scotty changed my top broken motor mount out in no time. He also got me an estimate on my fuel pump, which I will be going back to get changed. Very friendly, fast, and courteous. Their prices are very affordable, which I'm so thankful for! I will be telling people to go to Kay's!...Thanks again!”

“I don’t write reviews ever so I don’t have any professional name with my email, but I had to write a review on this place. My car broke down yesterday at a stop sign and I already was having a horrible week. I was so stressed and they took great care of me. I called the next day they opened and they were amazing. My brain was in shambles and the lady on the phone (wish I caught her name) was super patient with me while I explained the details. Then the man who towed my car (also wish I got his name) was super quick to get there and get my car home, and he was an excellent driver too! Within the time I called and by the time I was back home it had easily been under an hour and a half. And it was a reasonable price in my opinion, $95, and thankfully my insurance will make up for that.You are in great hands with this company! If I ever need help again I’ll be calling them.”
