I had an excellent experience with this moving company! They were punctual and arrived on time, ready to go. I had two pick-up locations, and they listened to my requests every step of the way. The movers were professional and efficient, ensuring that nothing was broken during the move. Overall, it was the best moving experience I've ever had! Highly recommend!

We couldn’t have been happier with the service we received from Wrapped in Bubble! Louis and Christian were courteous and careful with our items. They were easy to communicate with and prompt. They made relocating my parents to independent living in Nashville much easier. I would not hesitate to recommend this crew.

They were exactly on time, not a minute early or late, that never happens! It can be frustrating when someone shows up early and you're not ready not or shows up late and you're waiting. I was incredibly impressed with how kind and respectful they were. They handled all of my items with such care as everything arrived in perfect condition. I couldn't believe that they only took one 15 minute break on such a hot day. I was also surprised at their competitive price, it was lower than most and higher than some, but I would recommend paying a little bit more to have someone take care of everything you own than have it tossed around.
I would highly recommend them and will most definitely use them again if needed! The special touches they offer with their kind and respectful attitude really puts them on a whole other level then the other companies out there.

We hired Wrapped in Bubble to unpack our moving truck when we recently moved to the Chattanooga/Ooltewah area. I was struggling finding a reputable team or company to help. I posted an ad online and Louise reached out and was so kind and helpful. Offered a great rate and two men to unpack my truck. He communicated everything and sent two hard working and respectful professionals movers named Christian and Dale who payed great attention to detail. Called last minute in urgent need of help unloading a uhaul. They arrived within an hr and a half!! Had the entire truck unloaded in 30 minutes! The guys were very polite and helpful. Best experience all the way around. DEFINITELY worth every penny!

Ripped a hole in my couch with the TV stand , broke my wife's , grandmother's table. Broke several glass items that were actually wrapped up and protected by mishandling the boxes.Workers did not have the greatest of attitudes. The owner tried to make it right with the couch , but offering $120 towards a $1200 couch is not my idea of making it right. Keep in mind my couch was 6 months old and I did not have kids or pets so it was in immaculate shape. We found all the other items as we started the unpacking process. I would never use wrapped in bubble again!!
