The customer service I received over the phone was very professional. I went to the store and there was a sign in the door when it was suppose to be open.Once the store opened, the manager was very friendly, helpful & informative; unfortunately, my delivery date was rescheduled due to them not having a staff member available for deliveries.Second, it was a two man job. The manager arrived along w/ a borrowed member who worked at another store. She heft him to return to the store. I invited him to fit in my home while he waited on help so they could put my fridge in my house. They did not have tools, they had to remove two of my doors in my house to get the appliance through the front door. Furthermore, the door was damaged from them struggling,Not only that, a week I had an emergency and had to contact the fire dept. as the firemen used my side door to get into my home, the damn door fell off the hinges because Aaron’s never properly secured the screws.They have potential to be great but right now they need more staffing and need to be more professional.

Delivery guys for this company showed up to my property to deliver a washer and dryer to one of my tenants and they didn't stick around for more than 5 minutes and bolted right out of there. They literally pelled out of the driveway. They did not give my tenant enough time to move a vehicle out of the garage so that the delivery guys could easily come through the garage to exchange a defective washer and dryer. Their excuse was that they had another delivery and could not wait. What really happened was they overheard me and the tenant arguing about not giving me enough time to remove a vehicle out of the garage. They took it personal, called their Karen manager and that manager told them to leave. Total waste of timeI would also like to note that my tenant told me that they delivered a defective washer and dryer and didn't even bother checking to make sure that it was level and that washing machine danced across the laundry room and caused significant damage to the hardwood floors. How you going to deliver a washer and dryer and not make certain that it's working correctly and level? Extremely unprofessional.I would also like to note as well that Aaron's has a hard time finding delivery guys to set up and deliver their merchandise and a lot of these delivery guys are either in halfway houses or on parole for very serious felony convictions.Aaron's is a total rip-off it's a financial scam they take advantage of the poor. Just go to the laundromat and save up your money do not allow cubbies like this to rip you off. They have a very high unsuccessful rate of you actually owning their merchandise. In a contract it clearly states that it is their personal property your just renting. Guess what happens if you move and they can't find the merchandise and you stop paying for it? They'll get a warrant for your arrest. This is nothing but a big scam stay clear of Aaron's rental

The manager foreign guy is rude and he lies bad. I was trying to return my couch and have someone pick it up from 3-6 I stayed home and no one ever came and when I called they claim the guy call me and it was going to straight to voicemail which was a lie. Don’t order your furniture from here. Worst service I ever had and the couch was awful! NEVER AGAIN. Go get a real job! Glad my new furniture is PAID OFF

I have been with this location since 2018 and I have had nothing but a pleasant experience. Mr. John is in my opinion a great and professional general manager. He and his account manager Erica really work with you. If I'm ever in need and I communicate that with them they always work with me and are very nice. I would certainly recommend and I do plan to continue to do business with them.

A week ago I pre-ordered online my bedroom set with no issues they excepted my payment and the delivery was set for Monday, May 5. I tried to go back and add a mattress as the set did not come with one and they had me fill out a completely different sheet and they told me my approval was only for $75 in store this was on 4/27. Today 4/29 I had received a phone call from this location and was told by the manager himself that he could not continue with my order that was already paid for and set for delivery on Monday, May 5 due to my approval of only $75 and now they are telling me I cannot get a refund onto my card. I asked why I was not told this on the 27th when they called the first time. This is a huge inconvenience now that I have moved into my apartment and I have no bed. Highly disappointed in the management and staff of this location. I’m still waiting on my refund

I called two weeks ago to put in a service request for my washer. Erica told me she didn’t know when a technician could come and would call me back with a date at a later time. She never called me back. I had to call the store and they quoted with a date TWO weeks later. I called on the date that the technician was supposed to come only to find out they have no date for a technician to come and Erica apparently doesn’t know where my paper work is. Needless to say I canceled my contract with them. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!

The NEW General manager JOHN is rude and unprofessional as hell. DO NOT go here!! He refuses to educate his customers on their Agreement. He talks to me like trash and cuts me off every time he calls me. Im just trying to pay my bill. I will never do business with them again!
