Fantastic customer service! April was great and didn’t make me get out in the rain with my newborn to do the initial run through of my car. She kept me updated and I could tell the team was working their butts off to get my difficult to fix car back to me as soon as they could.

Honestly, our experience has been extremely underwhelming. This shop isn't prepared to work on VWs.A buck took out our car and we brought it to Caliber Collision on 1/16 for an estimate. Our insurance got us a rental car for the time being, and I got a call from Enterprise wondering what the status was of our car work on 1/24 so they could report to insurance. We find out that Caliber did not even contact our insurance for over 10 days with the estimate and they finally say they can take our car in on 2/1. We also found out that Caliber told our insurance the car was "drivable" when it was not - this caused a small issue with insurance having to extend our rental. Yeah, my husband drove it home because Caliber said they couldn't take it. I would not call a car with a busted up front, no head light, and metal scraping the wheel/not fully turnable as safely "drivable", especially when he mainly drives in the dark.So they take the car in 2/1. We were told the car would be ready 2/13, then the 14th, but it was not ready until end of day on the 16th. We had to return the rental on the 14th (insurance would not extend it further due to Caliber saying our car was drive-able) and this has all been incredibly unorganized and stressful to deal with as we also have kids to work around and can't get a solid answer on when the car will be ready. I would not recommend this shop based on our experience.Update: They told us it was ready end of day on 2/16. Turning it on, several lights lit up on the dash that he alerted the company to. They were able to reset most of them.. not sure why that wasn't dealt with beforehand.Within 10 minutes of leaving the shop, my husband had to return due to multiple mistakes (nail in tire, drivers window would not roll down properly, air bag sensors not replaced, condensation in new headlight, broken items not replaced under the hood). Luckily the GM was still there and able to put him in a rental at the shop's expense.Shop called on 2/21 saying car would be ready the 22nd. Heard nothing 22nd. We were told on 2/23 that they had not been able to get someone to come inspect something so they still have it as of 2/26.

The whole process was so easy! Thanks Lisa for facilitating everything and keeping me informed of the progress. Car looks great and you'd never know that deer took a joy ride down the entire side of my car.

Rebecca and April were fantastic from start to finish. They kept me abreast, almost daily, of the progress, timing, and details of each stage of readiness. I will certainly choose this location again for any auto-body repairs. Highly recommend Caliber Collision in Roswell.

I had to use Caliber due to a break-in last summer and was extremely impressed. They kept me up to date on the repairs via text; called with any further details and had my car ready timely. They arranged my rental for easy pick up and drop off right at their office. So it was a no brainer when my car was side swiped recently who I would use. I would highly suggest Caliber!

My experience with Caliber Collision has been excellent. Dealing with auto accidents is never fun and always stressful but these folks made it easy. Kelley was my service advisor and she was a rockstar from the beginning. Kelley was very thorough and explained everything and walked my car with me before and after explaining everything. I am very grateful for Kelley and the entire team at Caliber for making this experience so incredibly easy and stress free!

Very good experience with Caliber! I had a repair after a minor accident and the process was very smooth. They coordinated with my rental company to make the process very smooth. Good communication for the duration of the repair, and the work looks good. Extra bonus, they cleaned the inside of my car. If I could give them a zero I would. They never ger anything right and lie about it, especially the manager Ben. They refuse to acknowledge damaging the vehicle and attempt to lie about it until we complain enough. Then I said I won't be coming back and he said good.
