The experience here is unmatched. Alex is straight to the point with clear pricing and knowledgeable insights into any questions you may have. The previous place I had taken my car left me with a few issues that Alex was able to remedy easily. I'll never go anywhere else again. Don't trust the "other" places, if you need someone who knows German auto engineering, always choose Alex.

We are so glad we found Alex Auto to service our cars! Alex is very knowledgeable professional mechanic with a pleasant personality. He was able to fix my daughter’s car the same day I called! And his prices are very reasonable too. Highly recommend Alex Auto.

Great place to get your car serviced. The prices are reasonable and you get your car serviced momentarily. What I l specifically like is the honest and well educated advice I receive related to service needed for my vehicles. No one is upselling me here with unnecessarily repairs. We bring all our family cars to Alex Auto.

I'm writing this review in 2023 but I've been coming to Alex for over 10 years now & the service is top notch .. I could go on & on from my family & I as well as others. Recently Alex & John got my new used car purchase up to speed with no hesitation. The car drives beautifully& I will be back for more necessary work! This shop is very meticulous & will spot exactly what the car needs to get it up to OEM spec. Also his water cooler selection is pretty dope too !!!

Highly Recommend. Took my daughter's 2012 Sonata into Alex Auto Inc. and Alex took the time to explain the issues and also helped me to prioritize the items to be repaired. I'm giving five stars for: customer service, helpfulness, and for just being good humans. Alex auto doesn't service the type of vehicle I drive, but management was very helpful in finding someone who could. Their recommendation was wonderful and the place they referred me to knew exactly what the car needed. Thank you for being a stand-up kind of business Alex Auto!

100% recommend. I went to the BMW dealership across the street and they would have charged double for the services Alex did (plus the service advisor I got just wasn't great). Alex was honest, showed us the pieces he was changing out (our filter was terrible!) and did it on time and for the price he quoted over the phone. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my BMW back here or any European car. Fantastic all the way around.

Alex is hands down the best. I bring my 911 Turbo here for every oil change... Especially after having it serviced at Hennessy Porsche, where somehow they managed to put the back end on incorrectly. Don't ask me how a Porsche dealership messes that one up, but they did... I can't recommend Alex and his team enough!

I had a wonderful experience. The service was great, the wait room was very clean and pleasant.Alex was very welcoming and quoted me a price and stuck with it. He also told me about my bad tires, which he had nothing to gain since he does not sell tires. I will be back.
