Terrible lady, terrible business, terrible customer service. This lady is terrible and rude. They dont refund you your money ,when they do not provide a service. Please do not do any business with these people. This lady owes me money and still has not paid me.

This place is absolute trash. I ordered flowers for my girl for v-day and after they took my money, I was told they only do arrangements for events and not people. You won't get your money back, avoid at all costs

STAY AWAY!! I've tried to avoid writing a review because I'm all about supporting local business but DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!! I ordered flowers for Mother's Day, paid extra to have them delivered on Mother's Day, and what I received is not what I paid for. The flowers were delivered right before 11 PM that night which we were already asleep and the celebration was over, they were dead and never bloomed, and the water at the bottom of the vase was a brown yellowish color. It almost seemed as if they delivered me someone's old flowers. I have tried to call to handle this over the phone and get a refund, and when she found out I wanted a refund refuses to answer my calls or return my calls. I went to her "business" and wound up in a hair saloon. She rents a booth at a hair saloon and has it labeled Atlanta Flower Market. I would have loved to have received my refund and moved on, but at this point I do not want anyone else to go through what I'm going through now, and also be ripped off by this business.

I'm appalled at the lack of service from this florist! My order has not been delivered. I've called six times to inquire. Twice someone answered. Four times my call went to voicemail. First I was promised delivery would arrive within an hour of my call. I gave the benefit of the doubt and waited two hours. No delivery. The second time I was told flowers were on the delivery truck and they would call the driver to see when flowers would arrive and they'd call me back in just a few minutes. Never received a call back. Now my calls just go to voicemail again. I chose this florist because I needed next day delivery and other florists I checked could only promise second day delivery. The delivery date was important! Flowers are generally ordered to evoke a positive emotion when the recipient needs it the most. You didn't just F*#% up any old delivery. Sure, I can dispute the credit card charge -- and you better believe I will -- but I can't get the day and the opportunity back. SHAMEFUL!! UPDATE TO REVIEW: Flowers finally arrived at 6:00 p.m., at least 4 hours after I had been assured they would be delivered. If the delivery had been going to a business, a business would have been closed. I'm not changing my review due to the lack of response on the florist's part.

I ordered birthday flowers 3 days ahead of the delivery date and the flowers got delivered at 9pm. Additionally, the flowers I requested was not anything close to what was delivered. Very frustrating process. I tried calling 2x’s but they never answered and the Voicemail didn’t work.

This place truly saved my anniversary, I forgot to order and thought it was too late. I called Erica and she and her amazing staff put together the most beautiful bouquet and had it delivered in plenty of time. Thank you Erica and your amazing staff cause y'all turned a catastrophe into an amazing anniversary.

I ordered flowers for next day delivery. Not only were flowers not delivered, I received an email explaining that they were! When I try to call, the phone goes straight to voice mail, no rings. Very sketchy.

So...I'm always on the go and usually the reviews are when the service/product is so bad I want to make sure noone else spends had earned money with a questionable business... I think there may have been some issues here but CURRENTLY I think they are working hard to ensure going forward they double u0026 triple check to ensure they deliver excellence! I can understand the frustration so many have voiced in their reviews of this business, HOWEVER... while I can't speak to anyone's experience and will not discredit the experience I am shocked at the response that is mentioned was received by some as I recieved instant help to make it right. My boyfriend purchased me flowers for my bday and yes there were a few hiccups, but they were fixed immediately WITHOUT any complaints, push back or negative experience. The initial bouquet had some concerns but again fixed with no problems. I am very quick to get annoyed when spending money an having a situation of what was paid for vs what was recieved. And the fact that my bf thought this went on with no issue in the middle of all he had goin on, I was not going to have him deal with this, so I spoke with the company direct rather than even goin to bloomflowers that used them for the order. In attempt to allow them to fix it. I honestly feel that this company should get an opportunity to get their rating back up. In the midst of the city being turned upside down, delivery drivers being short on demand, and a city wide decline in business, I can see the stress and personally attest to the stress a small business can face. In no way excusing less than amazing flowers, or service. But I think its fair to give the ladies a chance. They are located in a spot that's not to visible so I'd never know it existed especially being so new to the area. Erica,Brandy u0026 Sheila thank you. My arrangements are beautiful!!! Publix /Kroger could nevahhh ?.

I received a subpar arrangement this morning which was supposed to be delivered by Mothers Day. The flowers aren’t fresh and even the water in the vase is dirty. The arrangement looks like leftover flowers from other arrangements. The arrangement isn’t very attractive because it isn’t symmetrical. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this florist. I called the number on the card and it was disconnected.

My wonderful boyfriend got me flowers based on ‘designer’s choice’ which was a hodgepodge of random stems and broken greenery. Was supposed to have been delivered on a Monday but when contacted, said it will probably get delivered on Thursday instead. After several calls, they finally delivered them Wednesday night at almost 9pm. He also purchased a balloon which wasn’t included. When he complained, he was given a 50% voucher off another order. As if anyone would want to go through the debacle twice. For such a sweet gesture to get so lost in bad service and second-rate product, is a shame. At least they didn’t mess up the beautiful note that he wrote. His note was memorable. The flowers sadly, were not. I can’t imagine he called this florist directly but rather went through a large online retailer like FTD, 800flowers, etc. How then do you really know the quality you’re receiving based on who’s supplying the order? A little due diligence to bring quality florists in to their network would have been a benefit to both companies, customers and gift recipients. Most people do not complain about the quality of flowers they receive. That is the reason some companies use to their advantage to send out low quality while able to charge a premium. Who’s going to say “The flowers you sent me suck...”? No one. And they know it.

Delivered Flowers at 11:06 PM on a Friday night for a Mother’s Day order one week late! Lady is lucky she didn’t get hurt scaring us to death! Who delivers at 1100 at night! Shady! Three different numbers and email addresses ! I give them a big whopping Zero!
