I had a very negative experience with the Woodstock Road store this afternoon. First I tried to schedule an appointment but never received a phone confirmation. Then I drove there anyway and the guy that was there gave me total misinformation. I needed to add my new smart watch to my cellular service. He told me my Apple Series 10 was not cellular compatible and I had to go back to Apple for an exchange. I did not believe that since my watch specifically said it was +cellular. I then went to the Northpoint store and a very nice young man hooked me up and answered questions with no problem. Your staff needs to be better informed! He said since my watch did not have a red dot on the stem it was not cellular.

I was in recently and a gentlemen named Marcel showed extraordinary patience and understanding for another customer who was struggling with some account and technological questions. He was able to very quickly assist me and then help her troubleshoot on the phone with AT&T tech support. Excellent customer service!!

The staff member was approachable, smiled, and looked up details about other options of things we were interested in possibly purchasing. Whenever there was a question during set up of the new phone he was able to address it.

I needed a new phone and was dreading all the hassles involved with this. I went to the store at 880 Woodstock Rd in Roswell. To my surprise an associate in the store, Marcell, made it as easy as it could possible get. He was straight forward, knowledgeable and polite. Kudos to this young man.

I did a phone upgrade and was told I was able to get a free Apple Watch. Then I get my bill, they charged me for the watch, charged me monthly for the watch and changed my plan! Then when I go to return the watch, it was longer than 30 days and can't be returned. They LIE to you here. after 24 years, here I come Verizon.

I am currently in the store and the rep said, " I refuse to call customer support to help you get a SIM card turned on." Her rational was because she did not think it could be activated since I have a phone on order. I explained to her that the Mgr attempted to activate the temporary Sim card the other day but there seemed to be a system issue. The Mgr contacted customer support to no avail. I was asked to return, which is why I'm here.Customer service here is horrible. I've never been refused service before. Despite this location bring in the south, this isn't the 50s.
