Just want to say. The store employees here will play & lie directly to your face. You don’t get 6 months free internet on their promotion. It’s a gift card they give you after 6 months of paying. Like just be honest & real. They didn’t even mention the Visa card to us. Don’t tell us we’re getting 6 months free internet when we aren’t. We even confirmed in the store that we wouldn’t pay for WiFi until 6 months from now. Highly upset with AT&T and the employee Bianca who sold us on everything. Also, was wondering why they were pushing so hard for a good review, glad we waited!

The worst service they can give to the client I received today from 3 brunettes who had no name, I went to help me solve a problem with my app and they didn't do it since I don't speak English, they were extremely racist with me.

The customer service that we received from Annasha forgive me if I spelled her name wrong was exceptional. She took the time to explain everything to me. 5 stars to her. I was happy with that part but the plan and service it's self is totally over priced. The phone service is slow. I was told it was unlimited and I got the highest plan. When I originally got the package I was told the price would be different and come to find out there is other charges hidden fees ? ? NOT happy. Had I known I would have never started with AT&T.

Maria at the Holcomb Bridge store was amazingly helpful. Answered all my questions about which phone to get, transferred the data, and was extremely knowledgable. Glad I selected that particular location. I will send others to that store.

they don't have enough people there it was one lady working on everyone she also took so long because she was helping everyone at once she needed to focus on the main customer and tell the others to wait it would've been so much faster and 2 she tried to force insurance on us saying it was part of at&t policy and my mom who works for at&t head quarters knows it is not so the lady lied to us it was just a horrible experience but i did get a new phone

Their service is atrocious. Almost 10 second delay on ping and not even in the Mbs for speed. Is this a joke? Impossible to even browse the internet.

Maria Lopez that assisted me was helpful, although I could have done without the upselling, I understand that's part of her job though. The thing I found most unsettling was the paperwork I received, which did not show anything about the discounts I would be receiving or the true value of my phone trade in (I was told $700, but the paperwork said $220). I was informed not to pay attention to the paperwork, that I would get a $10 discount on my $74.99 plan for auto pay and would get $20 off a month for fiber internet bundle, and I would get $700 off on the iPhone 15 with my trade in (bring it down to $3.16/mo for 36 months). But I had to trust by word that this is all happening because I did not leave with any paperwork confirming any of this. I recommend that AT&T do something about this. No one wants to leave feeling like you're unsure if you're really getting these discounts. You should be walking away with paperwork or at least an email confirming all of these details. Again I don't think this is an issue with the employee or store but with corporate AT&T. Had I left with this information confirmed in writing or via email, I would have rated this experience 5 stars.
Also, thank you to Maria for installing my screen protector for me. She did a great job!

I typically visit the North Point Store, but Maria was fantastic - she was knowledgeable and kind! I do wish there were more in store options available as I needed to buy new cords/plugs for everywhere.

Went in to upgrade my phone and Maria was very helpful. My old phone caused a bit of problems getting data transferred over. Maria was extremely patient and troubleshot the issue to get it resolved. See you all again in 3 years for my next upgrade.
