Our experience was very good. We saw the 2019 Audi A6 on your website (and Autotrader) and decided to have a look. We alerted the sales group we were coming to see it and it was ready to drive when we arrived. Later we settled on a price, and we picked the car up several days later. We have known of Audi of North Atlanta's reputation for many years. Glad to finally have a chance to do business with them.

This is my second time bringing my Audi to service . Not very happy with the costumer service . I used to have a Mercedes and service there was really a wonderful experience . I brought the car for oil change tire rotation and alignment . Also , I mentioned to my advisor that the brakes are making a weird sound for a while now and that the radio system needs to be updated since it is not working well for a long time . (Neither the sound on the brakes or the radio system not working properly is acceptable for such an expensive car ) . My advisor told me that I would have to come back another day for the radio update but I should wait for a call ...Totally disappointed with this answer , why can't it be done in the same day ? I have been waiting for a long time with this issue on the radio system and haven't received any call for an update yet .I also asked for a loaner car and she said NO because my service was going to take less tan 2 hours ( totally a lie , the service took 3 hrs and a half )Mercedes gives you a loaner regardless of service time .The advisor also mentioned that the brakes were fine and that the sound on the brakes is happening to many Audi models .... ( so nothing to do about it ) it is just unacceptable that such an expensive car has a weird sound on the brakes that it can't be fixed ....and a radio system that is not working properly.And last, when I came back to pick up my car , the advisor hand me the keys and told me , your car is over there near the trees ..pointing with her finger. Such an expensive service and they can't bring the car to you ??? This is totally unacceptable . Will take my car somewhere else next time .

I don’t have words to express the blessing and professionalism we experienced at Audi North Atlanta all because of our Sales Representative, Mr. Erwin Wilson. Mr. Wilson’s calm demeanor, knowledge of the cars, professionalism, and way of doing business was exceptional. Before I entered the dealership I prayed for a salesperson that would treat us with honesty, integrity, and not try to over sale us. God answered our prayers. Mr. Wilson was like family and treated us with the upmost respect. It’s amazing to see the difference between Mr. Wilson and other car sales professionals and I’m thankful that God answered our prayers with a sales representative with integrity and fear of the Lord. Needless to say, we drove out with an amazing Audi and a new friend. Highly recommend Audi North Atlanta !!!

Traded in a vehicle on one of their pre-owned ones. My sales rep Greg was great and worked with me on a couple different cars I was looking at. I was short on time- he actually delivered the car to me at my house and let me finish up the paperwork there- and then drove away my trade. Great experience on buying a car would highly recommend!

Our experience was absolutely amazing. Steve was beyond a salesman.He took care of my wife and I and our two children like we were family.I have not experienced that kind of respect from a dealership in the past.All of the employees from finance to the sales manager anre exceptional.

Purchased a CPO Q3 this October. Sales staff (Chris & Erwin) were professional and most helpful in finding the car I wanted. Disappointed with the sales manager's approach to setting the sales price and value for the trade-in. Did not leave a happy camper! But, I am happy with the car. Still waiting for 2nd key, owner's manual, mats and license plate blanks. BTW, Alex, in the business office, was extremely efficient in closing out the sales documentation.

Quality of work is excellent and completed on time.Stewart is a solid service advisor with proper communication on all work being performed and suggested. Clean and high-quality work desks, lounge area, good coffee, etc. to make my stay productive and comfortable. My only critique is the price points for typical maintenance stuff is pricey.

I purchased a pre owned Toyota 4Runner this week at Audi North Atlanta in Roswell. I worked with Kevin Garneys. He was highly professional, respected my time and provided me with all the information that I needed to make my decision. They offered what I needed for my trade. Jay Vaughn from the finance department answered all of my questions and had out of there in no time. There are many places to buy a used 4Runner. The reason I selected this dealership was level of service and professional treatment from walking in the door until I drove away. Price had nothing to do with it. They are a great team. Go see them.

White glove treatment with them not only picking my car up at my home, but delivering back to me when the job was complete, that's the kind of customer service I appreciate given my limited time.

I took my vehicle in for a safety recall (21H7) issue. This is a pretty intensive job related to the turbos going bad. After recall work, my vehicle's check engine light displayed on my dashboard while I was still at the service center before leaving. After several rework, Audi of North Atlanta is now saying it was not caused by their team. However, the front clip was never removed to fully investigate further to ensure it was not caused by their techs. They are now refusing all work associated to this check engine fault.

Great experience buying my second vehicle! Lydia was incredibly prompt and informative, making it easy for us to make the trip down and pick out our car. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure, along with the rest of the staff, that we were taken care of while at the dealership.There are tons of amenities and a beautiful facility, so we will definitely want to come back for service. I went to dealership with questions about my apple play and car loosing speed I made an appointment my original service person was Ron he started out rude and then Kay took over she looked at my apple play and went got service manager Kevin he was rude I allow them to diagnostic see if my car had a problem they told me I didn't have a warranty they didn't even have my information in computer that's not the worse part the service manager call me in his office as I was a child and informed me that the three employees complain about me asking questions and he actually fix his mouth to tell me I need to apologize not listening to anything I was telling him I'm a senior citizen who was there to only get my car check out I bought my car from there last year this was my first time there for service I ask him if this would happen if I wasn't an African American women they tainted me with no regards and then ask if I was going to return I clearly told him no first impression is important and they were rude to me as a customer their customer service all around from sales to service was horrible even when I went to talk to general manager about my experience with the service department I was disrespected as a customer they told me my apple play was the fault of my apple phone gave me a paper and sent me on my way with no regards to fixing the apple play I hope no one has to experience this kind of treatment I was so distraught about this experience and shaken I only gave a one cause I had to to post this if I couldn't gave negative 0 I would have

I contacted Audi North Atlanta because they had a 2023 Audi Q5 in the color combination I was looking for. I live in Virginia and had never purchased a car from out of state before but Gregory, the sales person I worked with was experienced in the process and helped me every step of way. Greg was an absolute delight to work with! He was professional, friendly, and was always available to take my calls and answer any questions I had. Greg went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and felt valued. Thanks to Greg’s excellent customer service and attention to detail, this way by far the easiest and seamless car buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Audi North Atlanta and even though I live out of state, I will definitely purchase another car from Greg and the amazing Audi North Atlanta team in the future.

My family and I had a very good buying experience. The dealership spent time confirming our appointment and the General Manager contacted us as well prior to arrival. When we arrived, the vehicle was cleaned and ready for us to test drive. The sales person did a fantastic job and the paperwork in the finance office went smooth as well. The 6 hour trip was worth it. Thank you, Audi North Atlanta!
