Had to bring a client's pet here. I'd rather have chosen a closer one but after driving for more than 30 minutes there was a long wait at reception too. The dog I had with me had a pre-existing condition that had gotten worse. Standard treatment is Clavomox with Prednisone plus Tramadol for pain and maybe IV fluids. His gums were dry so he did need the fluids. Blood work would have been indicated too.One 60 second exam later and the vet is on the phone to the owner and it's clear she is unaware of the dog's history or any information I had passed on to her assistant. She didn't even know the correct antibiotic dose for his weight and just gave a topical cream. With no instructions about how often to apply it. None in the notes or on the box either. This place might be ok for routine shots, unless you have a plane to catch, but I'd only willingly bring a dog here if the condition was simple and you needed the cheapest care possible. It's the veterinary equivalent of a McDonalds.

I truly appreciate the staff at this Banfield location. They truly are the best and make my pup’s experience even better. One staff in particular is so exceptional (Kelsey)! She is empathetic, intuitive and kind. She has assisted us many times and today I got her name and told her how much I appreciate her! She’s always warm and patient. Thank you Banfield and thank you again Kelsey!

They’re ok. My dog, for some reason, doesn’t like going, I’m afraid they might mis treat him, he is always trembling and dying to get out. We use them for convenience, and the monthly insurance.

I've always had a great experience at this Banfield. The staff are caring, compassionate, and stern. They have a mix of people who are kind and no nonsense. I like that, I like the way they approach animal care so seriously.I know sometimes I haven't been the best pet parent, and going to Banfield is a wake-up call. They will tell you what you need to do, but also give you options if certain things are financially impossible at the time. The people at this Banfield are absolutely here for the love of animals and their care.I'm so grateful for the incredible dedication they have. They don't get paid nearly enough, and they work brutal jobs. So when you come in, show them some compassion, too.

After almost 20 years and several different pets at this location I am so shocked to say I will never be going back. After 4 years of vet visits my dog was so scared at her last appointment she wouldn’t go in the back room with them. They missed giving her her rabies vaccine. She is now overdue. They acted like oh, well! We missed it…I was also told my cat would have to be sedated for them to be able to examine him. He is 15 years old he weighs around 6 lbs he is old and frail and also DECLAWED.The staff is rude and has no business working with animals. If you don’t like what you do please find a different job. It’s not our fault you work there. If you stay then for the love of God DO YOUR JOB!

I take my 6mth Gerberian Shepsky, who can be a handful This has been our only vet care since Jan 2023, so far no complaints. Everyone is nice, friendly, calls to remind me of our apps. When I rescheduled. No issues. They aren't scared of my dog and treat her kindly. There was one appt I felt rushed but at times I get it. We all have had those moments at work. Nothing that offended me nor hurt my dog.Hoping to get care here as long as needed and my dog is properly treated. Meet the Vet once and she was lovely.

Staff is unorganized and scattered. Not personable at all. There are better Banfield locations.

We took our 9 week old puppy here for his first physical check up. We wanted to see if everything seemed healthy. But the feeling my husband and I got wasn’t great. The first thing the vet did was try to sell us a plan. And he was showing us a brochure for a cat plan. Kinda strange. He mentioned it was the same as the dog plan but it was still off. When we declined he has polite about it. He check his heart beat and took him into the back for less than 60 second and came back and said he’s healthy. We paid and left and felt like we waisted our time. We didn’t know what to expect as this is our first animal. But we decided to look else where. The staff overall was friendly.

The vet and vet tech are always great with my dogs. Friendly and informative. My dogs love coming to the vet because of them.
