Brought in my ORECK vac to get a tuneup and a part replaced that was necessary for the vacuum to stand upright. The entire process was so easy due to the professionalism of the young man that assisted me, I am terrible with names. Nice guy!! I can't say enough about how happy I am with the service and prices at Bobs Vacuum.
