The worst service. The man who was in the business has very bad manners. Rude, he did not want to assist me, he told me to look for another mobile boost business in the area; He said he did not speak Spanish and obviously it is not his first language but he understands because he had already helped me before but since he went to buy a phone there he did have a way to communicate. It's a shame that people like that are at the service of a business. If you don't know how or don't like serving customers, you should look for another type of job.

I don't advise anyone purchase a phone from Boost. I have tried to change my plan and been told I can never change my plan. They state I have a family plan and it is exclusive. I never asked for a family plan. The man of asian descent at this location informed me when I bought the phone that I could change the plan in 3 months. I am not receiving text messages at times and have called boost to ask for help with the problem being that this is a brand new phone. They put me on hold and then hang up when they are not able to solve the problem. I just asked to speak to a manager and was hung up on right after they transferred me. Boost does not care about their customers, profit is their only focus. I am switching carriers. The man that works at this location of asian descent is dishonest. He sold me this phone without letting me know how the plan worked and what I was getting. I don't reccommend Boost to anyone.

Worst customer service ever. The Asian guy here is completely lazy and was being a smart A$$ the whole time and laughing at my questions. Sounds like he’s tired of people asking the same questions everyday. Well that’s your job sir ! Wouldn’t give these people my money if they were the only boost mobile in 100 mile radius. This location gives boost a bad name

The worst customer service! The store manager Steve was rude and unprofessional, rolling his eyes and raising his voice or even looking away to disengage from the conversation. He took no ownership of the issue related to a Boost branded phone and kept deflecting to the retailer the phone was bought from even though the Boost customer service had clearly indicated we must go to a Boost store to get the phone activated. Meanwhile, Steve’s only goal was to get us out of his face and it was very clear he had no intention to help. I wish I could give zero stars, it’s been the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a while.
