The worst customer service! The store manager Steve was rude and unprofessional, rolling his eyes and raising his voice or even looking away to disengage from the conversation. He took no ownership of the issue related to a Boost branded phone and kept deflecting to the retailer the phone was bought from even though the Boost customer service had clearly indicated we must go to a Boost store to get the phone activated. Meanwhile, Steve’s only goal was to get us out of his face and it was very clear he had no intention to help. I wish I could give zero stars, it’s been the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a while.

We were welcomed, assisted in choosing phones, helped to set up and activate by a friendly and attentive young man. He was able to get us set up without a hitch.

After many years with Boost Mobile I had to switch carriers because the T-mobile towers did not provide good coverage at my home. The Boost customer service people were polite but very unhelpful. Alejandra, at this store, was the only one who seemed genuinely interested in helping get some issues resolved. She represents what customer service is supposed to be.
