I am a long time Chase customer. My experience today further solidifies why I bank with Chase. I needed a document notarized, so stopped in to see if I could get that taken care of and had an absolutely satisfactory level of service. Quick, friendly and professional characterizes that service. I am honestly disgusted and sickened by the behavior of the staff at this Chase bank in Alpharetta. Threatening to call the cops on an individual with autism…. So sick. The ableism and attitudes we experiencing by the staff today at the bank is disheartening.

I stopped in to open a business bank account and had all supporting documentation in hand. However, not one of the four employees hanging out wanted to help. I was told to make an appointment and come back. I miss the days when banks wanted your business. Now it feels like I'm just an inconvenience to them.

This bank is HOT-GARBAGE!Day 1: I walked in and asked if I could speak to someone. They told me that, "You can't speak to someone without an appointment".Day 2: I make an appointment online.Day 3: I get a call from the bank, "Sorry, the person you made an appointment with cannot meet with you because they no longer work here. In fact, we can't see you at all that day."The whole time I was on the phone, the bank employee talked over me. Yelled at me. Wouldn't even let me speak.F-This place.

today he went to CHASE bank to open an account! and the person inside asks me from afar if I am a citizen? I say sorry? and he asks again: are you a citizen? I answer I do not understand what you are trying to tell me? if I am here it is because I have all the documents to open an account! then he tells me do you have social security? of course I have and he tells me I have to be sure! I told him I don't know who you think you're talking to but I don't think it's the way you're doing it! this for me is racism! I better go! he didn't even say good morning to me!

Bank closes at 5 now so I took off work to go in and get something done only to find out THIS LOCATION DOESNT EMPLOYEE ANY BANKERS.....NONE.DONT GO HERE. Unless you are depositing money, nobody can help you.Show up at 4pm to find ONE person working whos ONLY job is to tell you they dont have any employees and that you need to find a different location to go to.Lovely. Chase might be the worst bank in America right now. Dont keep your money here.

Giant brand new bank. One person who can help you. They hire a lady ‘associate banker’ with an iPad who cannot help you with anything. All she can do is stand there and waste Chase’s money.

There were 50 pens just yards away, locked up inside, but not a single pen available for use at the atm, so make sure you have your checks signed before you go.
