Just got my car back from Classic Collision Auto Care after an automobile accident, and they did an incredible job! The attention to detail on the repairs was outstanding, and the entire process was completely worry-free. They worked directly with my insurance company, making everything seamless. I was able to leave my rental car there when it was ready—super convenient! The daily communication was excellent; they kept me updated on the progress and timeline every step of the way. Highly recommend Classic Collision for their exceptional service and professionalism!

Had an auto accident and Classic Collision took great care of my Camaro! I’m pretty particular about things, and they made it look brand new again. Would have no issues ever recommending them! Have 3 before and 2 after photos attached.

I wish I could give 0 stars, but there is no option to do that. If I can even save 1 person from going to this body shop because of this review, it will be worth it. Here are the details. I had a very disappointing experience at this body shop that I feel compelled to share. I went there because my insurance company asked me to, otherwise I would have never gone there. Save yourself!!
1) Inflated Estimates: When I received the estimate, it was shockingly high—so much so that my insurance company denied it outright (marked my as total loss). They included stuff that was not part of the incident. This not only wasted my time but also left me scrambling for alternatives. I had to spend 3 weeks in discussing the alternatives with my insurance company.
2) Damage to My Vehicle: To make matters worse, while assessing my vehicle, they broke some parts in the process. This kind of negligence is unacceptable and added to my frustration. They denied fixing it, and said we will have to pay out of pocket, as it is not part of the original incident. Insurance declined to pay for it either.
3) Unjust Charges: Despite the poor service and the damage caused, I was charged for simply receiving the estimate. This feels like a blatant attempt to profit from a situation where the customer do not have a choice.
4) Service Delays: Finally, they kept my car for over a week. Not much communication and I had to call to check the status. I was told to pick-up the car on a Tuesday, and when I went there I was told it is not ready.. come back tomorrow. I live 40 minutes away from there are. Very unprofessional.
Felt like they were trying to take advantage of my situation, as they are the approved body shop of my insurance company.
I didn’t get any body work done at this shop. I went to another body shop who did the repair in 20% of what this shop was charging me.
Trust the bad reviews about this body shop, and do not go there if you have any other choice.

The scuffs on my Honda were completely gone, and the paint job was great. The trunk door was not flush with the back frame of the doorway, though, but they adjusted it quickly once I pointed it out. However, everyone was incredibly courteous and helpful EXCEPT for the manager. His actions were COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE, standing way too close to me and putting his hand on my back every time he talked to me. He also told me to be sure to fill out the survey and give "him and his men" a 10 star review. When I laughed at him, thinking he was making a joke, he looked very serious and I could tell it hadn't been a joke. He could not keep his hands off me or seem to stand at a reasonable distance away from me. I will not be returning to this body shop for work, only to avoid him.

I took my car into Classic Collision for a bumper replacement.The front desk was very helpful, Her name is Ameea. She called when my car was finished. Brian and Calab took care of my car. They make sure I had my car on time. I highly recommend taking your car to that location.

Having been in a car accident, I wanted to bring my car to Classic Collision Carland to ensure a professional job was done with the repairs. Everyone from the front desk receptionist to the car tech were outgoing, friendly and helpful. There was significant damage done to my car by the other driver and I was extremely pleased when they called me a week early to let me know my car was ready. The process was simple and easy. And, my car looks like it has never been in an accident. This location offers excellent customer service.

If I could give this shop negative stars I would. They are unprofessional crooks who are only interested in getting as much money from their customers as possible. They do not communicate with each other within the different departments and are unwilling to work with customers when they make mistakes.CONSUMER BEWARE THIS ID NOT A SHOP YOU WANT TO WORK WITH OR GIVE YOUR MONEY TO.

This is a O Star rating.I have been dealing with them for over 1 week with an insurance claim.No records of my claim number or name any time I called them unless I asked them to search further.My adjustor sent info 2x and also called them.We were set to start the repair foe a bumper replacement for this morning...so....No records of a claim, no claim number and no part ordered and no info about my case....And a woman who was talking to the woman and a guy at the desk was so.upset about false info given to her about her repair.This was a warning for me.I have gone elsewhere now.This place was reliable when previously owned by Honda Carland.

Scheduled appt on 9/5 at 11:45...-Arrived on time and was told all they could do was take pictures.. young man came out, took some pics and said I should have quote in 2-3 hours. Called on 9/7 and was told tersely that I shouldnt have been told that, but I'd have quite that afternoon. 9/8...Contacted through website and asked for explanation....9/12...still no quote or response. Had used a different location twice before with more than satisfactory outcome. Things have changed... integrity and customer satisfaction have become a secondary concern in business. Good luck with that.

Took them a month to fix a windshield replacement and bumper scratch. They had the windshield after one week, but couldn’t install it because they sub out windshield repair to another company. They said the other company couldn’t replace the windshield because the car was taped up. The tape from protecting the bumper was interfering with the windshield. I went into the shop to confirm this. I’ll post pictures below and see what you think. They never call to give you updates. You have to do their job for them and call to get updates. No one knows what’s going on with your car and your car is hostage until they feel like getting to it. After all the trouble and complaints at the very end they faked my debit card wasn’t working with their system. Magically my credit card worked with their machine and they have a 3% surcharge.They don’t care about their customers because they don’t have to. It doesn’t matter if this is the worst rated place in the state. As long as insurance deals with them, they’ll be in business. Refuse to have your car serviced here if you have an insurance claim. These people lie about EVERYTHING. Do not trust them.Service: Painting
