My wife went yesterday to the emergency room after after infection of a broken leg last week or so.\nUnfortunately she select this CVS to fill her prescription.\nCVS brilliant employee insisted that the prescription coming from the Hospital is not valid because the doctor did not sign it.\nShe said (falsefully), that she called the hospital more than 6 times.\nMy daughter run back and forth between CVS and the Emergency room, until we manage to find the Doctor, who comes at the evening and she called CVS and gave them all the required and additional information and signatures.\nThe doctor after speaking with CVS informed us that the medicine should be ready after 5 minutes, we gave them additional 15 minutes, but when we went there again the respected supervisor, told us to come after another 15 minutes.\nWe came after 30 minutes to pick the medicine, and for our surprise the employee told us, the medicine is over the counter one and we need to pay out of pocket for it.. (after wasting half of our day in addition to the time of doctors and nurses and staff at the hospital.

I have always had good friendly service here. I have been using this CVS over 20 years. The only complaint I have is the change in hours on weekdays to 9 to 7. Used to be open till midnight.

Went to the “walk in” clinic, was turned away because I didn’t have an appointment. Also they refuse to give you your prescribed medication. Terrible.

This is probably the worst cvs that you can choose. I'd recommend driving to another location, these people are rude and have terrible customer service skills.

Worst experience ever with their pharmacy . Tonight, my husband went to pick up eye drops. The pharmacist basically refused to take the prescription. Her rationale was that my doctor was licensed in Florida and not within the state. She was rude and condescending. I’ll never go there again, and will make sure everyone I know does the same. On another note- all prescriptions we have come from Florida since that is where my husband works. I am very much looking forward to contacting management as soon as possible

The way they administer covid tests is completely different from the information they give you when you sign up. It's an absolute mess and you're left with no idea what to do or who to talk to. Ended up wasting a lot of time trying to figure out something that should have been explained in the half dozen emails and texts we got before the appointment. It's not that hard to communicate with people.

Erica is ALWAYS extremely helpful and friendly when I go in. She is always eager to assist and makes me bypass other CVS stores to go to this one. Ali is also very professional.

I don't usually give reviews, but when I experience chronically poor and extremely slow customer service at the Pharmacy, I feel compelled to comment. Prescription filling at the pharmacy is extremely slow, and they are completely apathetic. I've transferred all of our prescriptions to Walgreens at Old Milton and Hwy 9 and CVS won't be getting my business anymore.

The pharmacist here makes up her own laws and will refuse to fill controls. I work in pharmacy and never in my life have heard of the law she was spouting off. Five of the pharmacists and the intern I work with never heard of it. We went to the GA Rules and Regulations site and well as the GA Controlled Substance Act and none of what she said was on there. I immediately took my script to Costco and they filled it with no problem and even they said that they have never heard of what she told me. It also took them 5 hours from when i gave them the script to when i got a phone call saying they wouldn't fill it. Costco got it ready in 15 mins! Go to Costco (you don't need a membership to fill at the pharmacy) and save yourself the headache of dealing with this place!

This is outrageous. The only pharmacy that's open in the area. The pharmacist took too long to gather information regarding my prescription then says her system crashed. Now I'm in pain and have to wait until the morning. CVS has to do better as this is unacceptable.

I love this CVS. The cashiers are always relaxed and well trained. They are usually friendly but don't go over board with it. I like that considering that when I'm in CVS I'm trying to get in & out. They'll ask you if you need help & their courteous most time. Also, it's ok if they don't because as stated, they're always busy. Their usually busy working & stocking merchandise instead of standing there. One of my favorite places to get toiletries & snacks.

Needed pain medication after a surgical procedure and pharmacist refused to fill despite the appropriate documentation provided by the hospital and physician. This occurred around 2-3PM on 10-2-2018. Her rude demeanor and lack of empathy or explanation makes her unfit to be in health care. Took same documentation to another CVS which promptly filled without incident. Shame on you for creating unnecessary suffering.
