This is the last time our family will shop in CVS! I am appalled and disgusted by what I heard come from the manager's mouth! My son and I were in the store looking at Gift ideas for Easter for my grandchildren. There were other families looking as well and children playing and running around, as children will do. As we continued through the store, I over heard a man talking and fowl mouthing the mother of the children playing on the aisle. He was very vulgar in calling her awful names describing her body and looks. He referred to her children as " little N's running around "! A very vile and disgusting comment! I went to an employee and asked to speak with the manager, and he pointed to where he was on an aisle. The same man that said the racist remark! I told my son and he asked to speak to the manager and he never came to speak with us when the employee called him on the intercom speaker. I did her his name, Steven, but never got to speak with him. I will be contacting CVS about this inappropriate behavior, but I'm sure they don't care too much.

Over the last few years the service in the Pharmacy has been very frustrating. But since the change of staff the pharmacy has been an absolute joy to work with! Everyone is so helpful and considerate. They have made a complete turn around in my eyes!

Worst customer service ever. Waited 30 for minutes in line at pharmacy and when they got to me they said sorry we are closing. My prescription was in the basket behind the counter already filled and they refused to give it to me. They told me I would have to go to another location that was open ;after and they would fill it. Drove to other location and was told this location had filled it already in their system and would have to get my doctor to call a new one in. So my husband had to suffer another day without his medications. Also was told at second location that they have this happen all the time where Crabapple Rd location will send people to them when they know it can't be filled once they fill it! How sad the a pharmacist would care so little and treat their customers so poorly! Wish there was a rating of zero stars!

I have been using CVS for many years due to it being the pharmacy associated with my company insurance plan and I am sad to say that this pharmacy just continues to disappoint every month. I get the same prescription every month and i have a coupon from the manufacturer that is good for a year. Even though its in their system, they tell Me it’s not valid. After pressing them and ensuring this coupon is good and several people get involved, they finally realize they are entering the number into the system incorrectly. Finally, after half an hour of my time, i finally get the drug at the price i am supposed to get it at. This repeats every month. Now i am trying to get my Covid booster. Twice i have scheduled my booster appointment on their website and twice i have had my appointment canceled by them due to running out of vaccine doses. Don’t even get me started on their calling system.

I've been in the drive thru for over 50 minutes and this has been my typical experience for the past 6 months. Your staff use to be expedient now they seem to be in no rush to get things done.

Their pharmacy gave me expired product and didn't notify me for 6 weeks! A previous issue was shown on my NextDoor feed of having insulin in the public refrigerator next to the ice cream. I wish I would have paid more attention to their repeat neglect. I will NEVER go here for ANY medical or vaccine needs. I wish I could give them zero stars. BEWARE if you use the pharmacy.

This cvs is THE WORST cvs I have ever been to. EVERY SINGLE TIME w/o fail if I walk in or go through the drive through there's a line of people and cars for at least 30 minutes even with 4 people behind the counter it doesn't matter. once I am finally being helped half the time my script isn't ready even though it's been days.... The last time I went there the lady said your prescription cannot be filled because it hasn't been 30 days yet first of all the script was a 90 day script and she had the complete wrong date then she looked over at the computer and said oh whoops it was electronically sent we never saw it you'll have to come back...I will be changing all my prescriptions to Kroger.

Recently stopped in this pharmacy to purchase some miscellaneous items. Asked about the facilities. When I went to use them, this is what I found. Totally disgusting! I told the clerk that they needed to be cleaned and the toilet could not be flushed. She told me that she had cleaned them and I would have to put my hand inside the tank to flush the toilet! Disgusting! Guess that's why they had the tank top laid on the floor. The clerk was indignant when I told her that was disgusting! This is not a clean place, and I would definitely NOT use it for my pharmaceutical needs. I will never go back in that place.

Stopped by from out of state to get a prescription refilled already in the system. Was told it would be at least 30 minutes. Came back in that amount of time. Prescription had not even been started yet. Had to wait much longer then expected. Under staffed and one of the worse I've ever been to. Not organized at all!!

folks in pharmacy are awesome
