Wow, I cannot believe how awful this pharmacy is. I went to pick up a medication today - I stood by the counter for 10 minutes and the two workers completely ignored me. So I went to the drive thru and I pressed the call button (twice after no response after 5 min) and waited another 10 minutes for anyone to answer. She finds the prescription and says my insurance doesn’t cover it and it is $100. I’m confused bc I have good insurance and it covers everything but I pull up goodrx and she says I have to come inside. So I pull around, park, and go inside AGAIN. Now the lady is saying oh it is covered by my insurance and it’s $8 but they need 30 minutes to fill it. Are you kidding me? So I have been here for literally an hour to fill one prescription that’s supposed to be ready. The whole store is nasty and gross and dirty. I saw a milk that was left out the fridge when I walked in and while I was waiting I the worker pick it up and place it back in the fridge. This whole place needs to be shut down. While I’m here waiting, I can hear the pharmacists talking and they are rude and the manager is telling the associate to tell everyone in the drive through to come inside. What’s the point of the drive through then

This pharmacy is horrendous. I have a chronic illness that slowly destroys my body if I do not receive my medication. They didn’t have it in stock, so I called and asked them to transfer it to a Walgreens. They hung up on me FOUR TIMES. Throughout an 8 hour period. They were also rude to the pharmacist from the Walgreens calling on my behalf. They then proceeded to close without transferring my prescription. If you are in this profession it is ideal to have empathy and care and clearly this is not had by the employees of this pharmacy.

I never thought I’d have to leave a review for a CVS, but this location is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered—likely the worst in all of Georgia. Over the past 10 years, I’ve lived in multiple cities and states and have always relied on CVS for my prescriptions, using at least 20 different locations. However, my experience at this particular store has been so frustrating that I’ve completely switched to Publix.
CVS has now made it impossible to speak directly with a pharmacist—you can only leave a 20-second voicemail, which they never return. But this location, in particular, is the worst. The staff is consistently rude, unhelpful, and shockingly incompetent. I have been a full week late on my medication multiple times simply because I cannot get in touch with anyone, no matter how many voicemails I leave. And when I do go in person, they are dismissive, tell me to come back the next day, and yet my prescription is still never ready.
The level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic customer service here is unacceptable. Especially when there are medications people NEED to have filled. After multiple negative experiences here, I’m officially done with CVS pharmacy.

On Sunday the pharmacy doesn't open until 11am. They had my meds prepared and ready in 20 minutes.

Rude and disrespectful team. Worse pharmacy I have ever used. The pharmacist, if you can get one, are good. They are the only reason I give this location any stars.

I have been more than patient with this place. Once I was in the drive thru, had a good rx card, was told to come inside to use it, went inside, was told because they were closing soon I could not use it. Uhm? But I was told to come inside. TWICE. I’ve noticed two bottles of the same medication did not have an equal amount. One bottle had more than the other, I was obviously missing some pills. They fixed the issue with not a problem but still what an inconvenience. God forbid I didn’t pay attention in the beginning. Today, I completely lost it when I called for more info on my father’s medication and the lady put me on hold for 18 mins. I hung up was put on hold again and again. I called once more (my father is not feeling good) was answered with an attitude. Told her in the nicest tone, his info and the lady stated she could not find him. After me repeating it a third time, what do you know she found him. She told me that his meds weren’t covered and they notified the doctor to send an alternative, before I could even ask if a prior authorization was started, she HUNG UP ON ME. I called back 3 times and was put on hold. I work in the medical field, I get how busy it can get. If you can’t multitask, answer people in a kind voice whether you’re stressed or not, you are in the wrong field. People need their medications to survive so you most definitely need to answer any questions we have and hold the attitude!

Called the pharmacy because one of my nine Dexcom G7 was already opened and the seal was broken. The pharmacist was rude and dismissive, insinuating I was lying by telling me they take a picture of the meds they send out and they receive meds in sealed packaging. She never went to review any pictures of the prescription. She also did not ask for any serial number etc. I told her I would just call the manufacturer. She offered no solutions.

This is the worst cvs pharmacy i have ever been to. Dropped off prescription At 12:30. Pharmacist told me to come back at 2:00. Was there at 2:45. Prescription not ready and the pharmacist gave me additude when I asked her what time will it be ready. This isn’t the first time dealing with her being rude.

They have this new way of making customers leave a message and they'll get a call back in an hour. It was over an hour and over 2. I get a call that rang twice and they hung up. I called back and the person on the other line was rude, spoke over me without listening before responding...Insane. Then I got another call and same person. This time she said what she said and hung up on me before I could ask my medical questions! I realized she hung up when I looked at the phone. I never had a chance. She never gave me an opportunity to say a word. UNBELIEVABLE. THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO DO BETTER. Customers should not be subjected to this form of disrespect ever. This pharmacy continues to have nasty, rude, disrespectful people working here and it's now December 16, 2024. This has been going on far too long and nothing is being done about it. That's probably
why the vile behavior continues and they still have jobs. There is maybe 2 or 3 people that are courteous, patient, polite and show good customer service, but the majority of staff in the pharmacy are condenseding, talk over you, have snide comments to make, walk away while patients try to ask simple questions. I've never seen anything like it. It's so sad how the rude clerks outways the people doing a great job. Something has got to be done!

Store is ok, although it seems a little disorganized sometimes. However, the pharmacy is almost always much slower than any other pharmacy in the area.
Update, Nov 2024; this is slowest pharmacy I have ever dealt with

Standing in line for prescription and noticed how filthy this store is. See pictures i included. The tops of the shelves and aisle caps are all gross with dust bunnies and hair. Not what I expect from a pharmacy.

Filthy. Absolutely filthy. The carpet looks like it has never been cleaned once. Grimy, dark, and stained throughout the entire store. Shameful and disgusting. And the sidewalk out front is full of old gum.

The pharmacist at this pharmacy is unbelievably rude! I thought she couldn’t hear me well when I called, so I spoke louder - I was wearing AirPods and sometimes that happens. When I increased my volume she flipped out on me telling me I didn’t need to yell at her and how dare I speak to her that way. I apologized and said I wasn’t meaning to yell, that I honestly thought she couldn’t hear me, and she would not let it go and kept ripping me a new one as if I had been attacking her personally. They did not have my med in stock and when I tried to ask her to help me find out where I could get it, she became irate. I couldn’t even get a word in to try to diffuse the situation before she hung up on me! After seeing these other reviews, I feel better that the problem isn’t me, it’s her! This person is clearly emotionally unstable and the store really needs to take some action here.
