Michelle is the rudest person I have ever spoken to. Before I could even finish my statement, she started going off about "how behind they were". I just wanted to ensure that it wasn't too soon to fill my rx. She acts like she is living the hardest life there ever was. Michelle, I think you need a different job.

1.27.2024:Jason in pharmacy is rude and inconsiderate - 0 percent helpful. I arrived at the store to pick up my medication, and even though I heard him answer the front clerk, he intentionally ignored me. Granted the screen was down and as I could not see the time they opened, I asked him 《remember, he spoke with the front staff fir a few minutes as I watched and heard the entire conversation while I waited to ask him - JASON - when did they open》as I did not want to go back outside to get a simple question answered; he intentionally ignored me as I did ask him several times to which I got crickets. It wasn'tthat serious that he had to be rude. He could have said something. Some people'schildren. Whatever happened to customer service. The woman did try to cover for him by saying he probably had headsets on, and I told her no, heard him just speak to you. Do better JASON!!!! LEARN HOW TO BE A GOOD HUMAN. By the way, I hope that part timer can teach you to do better. Idiot!5.6.22:I never have any issues up front and as of late my experience with the pharmacy has gotten some what better, however, today I went to the store to pickup a prescription I pre-paid for online and to my disgust, this new older woman (all "blue scrubs", glasses, accent not sure if she was British or not, but it sounded British to me) was behind the counter helping a customer at the drive-thru. Mind you, no one else was online, and no one at the pharmacy pickup area either. One person was filling prescriptions, and one person was at the drive-thru window. I patiently waited. "Blue scrubs" then proceeded to help another customer at the window, and I am still patiently waiting. At the time, I was the only customer online. A young lady returned from somewhere, entered the pharmacy side, sanitized her hands, and proceeded to work as she was on a computer. I did not immediately say anything because although I was still waiting, I am reasonably and thought surely "blue scrubs" would be done. Suddenly, another customer showed up and after waiting a few minutes, he sat down. "Blue scrubs made eye contact with me and went back to the drive-thru window. She expressed she would be with us shortly. But, when she was done, she addressed the gentleman first and completely ignored me. I did let her know I was first, but she was acting as if she did not hear me tell her that twice! I then looked me over at the young lady in a white lab coat (the one who several moments before had returned) if I could get some assistance. I also let her know what had transpired. I was emphatically clear "blue scrubs" made eye contact and opted to help the gentleman first. What made it worse was the guy knew he was not the first person on the line and said nothing. (Check Your Cameras for Friday, 5.6.22 between 1pm and 1:25pm). It is extremely unacceptable and unfair. Both people were wrong and rude. If "blue scrubs" is unable to treat every customer fairly and respectfully, she does not need to work with people of other nationalities. The young lady who helped me was very apologetic, and I appreciated that, but the apology should have came from the disrespectful older lady. The young man preparing meds is also very pleasant.I hope I never have to deal with that again.8 months ago:I was put on hold for two hours, and someone briefly answered after an hour because she ..."accidently picked up"...?!, apologized, and before I could get a word in edgewise, abruptly put me back on hold!Seriously?!Needless to say, I got nothing accomplished. I was at work trying to get something answered. CVS, you need to do better for this location. You need a full staff to make things run smoothly.Do better.

I love CVS and have used it for most of my life. This particular CVS is the WORST! I see why it only gets 2 stars! Had a coupon in my app that wouldn't ring up on self checkout. Employee offered to ring it up. Still didn't work. Employee SAW the coupon, acknowledged that the product was the same and couldn't understand WHY it wasn't working. Claimed the product under the "eligible products" showed the same but had a different price ($15.99 vs. $21.99) The ONLY difference was one had a pump and one didn't. When asked if it could be overridden she said "Yes it can but a manager would have to do it." Manager was behind her and did nothing. Told her to take it off and I would go to another CVS. It was a $4.00 off coupon! Absolutely NO reason she could not honor it especially AFTER I specifically asked..."Do you not honor coupons from your app?" Nothing. Worst customer service ever (husband ran 23 restaurants so I KNOW good customer service. This was non-existent!) Only consolation is it is open 24hrs and I would only consider returning if that is the only store remaining in town! May consider moving my business to Walgreen's after this experience

Imagine calling the Pharmacy @ 1:27pm, someone answering by saying "Thank you for calling CVS Pharmacy, we are going to lunch at 1:30, call back after 2pm" and hangs up without even allowing you to speak. Why even answer the phone? Subpar customer service at its finest!

I went in a bit of a hurry, hockey, I am dedicated to making home deliveries, getting to the pharmacy and the girl named Jennifer was very kind and looked for the products I needed, saving me a lot of time. Even though she was arranging and stocking products for the store, she took the time to help me without a doubt I will always return to the pharmacy and thank you Jennifer for helping me tonight since I work with time

This CVS has the absolute worst service. With the exception of the cashier on duty, management was extremely rude and unhelpful when they made a mistake they refused to correct.I requested a picture to be printed online. I received an email saying my photo is ready to be picked up. I go to the store and they didn’t have it done. They made me come back an hour later only for the photo to be printed on the wrong side of the paper. I called when I got home to tell them the photo was printed on the backside of glossy paper.I was told they would reprint it and have it ready by the time I come back.I come back and the photo hasn’t been printed, the manager was rude and the staff was not helpful.I shouldn’t have to run around the store pestering staff to correct an already simple blunder.

i have been a loyal CVS customer for 20 years and this specific CVS at 895 Holcomb Bridge Road is bar none the worst pharmacy in the state with customer no service, never having the prescriptions in supply, always make me feel like they are doing me a favor and not like a customer. it truly is sad that a local pharmacy that is supposed to take care of people, help educate and counsel provide none of the above. My first step was to remove getting any more prescriptions or getting anything in that specific store ever again. my next step will be to email corporate and express how poorly and unacceptable. This specific CVS pharmacy is a Needs new ownership or franchisees. regretfully, honest Christian

Wow! Very bad attitude given by the Pharmacy Technician. I don't have his name, but it was a young Asian man. I had walked down countless isles trying to locate Neosporin. I stopped and just slightly glanced his direction. I wasn't even going to ask him. He rolled his eyes and spoke in an irritated tone. "Do you need something?" I just said Neosporin. He pointed towards the wall. This was a location I hadn't reached yet and I was glad to not have to go up and down more isles to find it. Even so, I couldn't believe how rude he was. Of course I "need" something. Why else would I be in the store. So even just that sentence alone was out of order. I get it if he's tired or had a bad day. Don't take it out on the customers. Things like this is why people are getting replaced for robots. Just appreciate your role and that you have a place to work. Be kind to others. I was eaten alive in Atlanta and really needed some pain and itch relief. I'd rather go somewhere where the people are nice.

Worst customer service and wait times in the drive-thru are ridiculous. Just waited 25 minutes at the window.

Great customer service. Went with my sons to take some photos for passports. It was hilarious how my sons tried to make ’ “serious” looks. The person who took the photos is super friendly and funny. It really made our day. It is the personal touch at the cvs makes store experience unique and lasting.

I am a little annoyed these days with self-checkouts. I think CVS is a neighborhood pharmacy and there should be someone to greet you like a neighbor instead of a computer ringing up the wrong prices or not being able to function properly. The aisles are always crowded every time I go in with merchandise to stock because they bring out every single cart at once and try to stock probably four or five miles at a time which is annoying when you can't get through the aisle with your cart. I think maybe they need a overnight crew to do the stocking while there is one person at the register at all times
