Horribly rude pharmacy service. I picked up an order of medicated gel that I placed online at their drive-thru. The first woman helping me seemed annoyed when I asked her if I was eligible to receive 3 canisters at a discounted price (as I had been told the previous month). She told me to hold on, I thought she was going to check. Then, without asking me she changed my order to two canisters (full price) and told me the second one was out of stock so I would have to return another day to pick up the order. I asked her if I could leave with the one that is available and return another day for the second one, and she replied "no, they have to be distributed together." I told her in that case I'd just take the one canister then, my original pick-up order. But she told she had canceled my order so I would need to go back to the end of the drive thru line. She changed and canceled my order without even asking me first if that is what I wanted. She then refused to ring up my original order unless I went to the back of the drive thru line or come inside the store to wait in line. I explained to her that I had already waited 40 minutes in the drive-thru line and I couldn’t come inside because I had a sick dog in the car with me (returning from the vet). He was in clear view, in the front passenger seat next to me, laying lifeless with his head hanging off the seat. She left the window, and I thought, ok she is re-processing the order. But, a few minutes later, the pharmacy manager came to the window and started coming at me aggressively about how I was holding up the drive-thru line and how it was my fault for canceling the original order and changing it to 2 canisters. I tried to explain that I never canceled the order, I never asked for 2 canisters, and that it was the tech’s mistake (who was behind the manager, blankly staring at me, saying nothing). The manager made no attempt to rectify the situation. Instead, she demanded that I go to back of the drive thru-line because there are other customers that need to be helped. Her tone was so demeaning. I said to her, “So, I guess I don’t matter as a customer then?” She started yelling at me and kept repeating in a somewhat threatening way that I need to leave the store now. I was starting to feel discriminated against. She was literally yelling at me through the window and when I yelled back at her she acted victimized, crying out about how I was being so rude to her, and it’s almost Christmas. Truly bizarre. I said, “No, you are the one being rude to me, and you started the yelling.” I felt like I was dealing with an emotionally unstable person, and I really did feel like I was being discriminate against. So, I rolled up my window, stayed put, and called the corporate customer care line to document in real-time what was taking place. The representative on the line was very helpful, patient, and understanding. After about 5 minutes another pharmacist came to the window with an order of 2 canisters ready to ring up. I guess there was another canister in stock, contrary to what the first woman had said. It was the full price for both, not the discount for three that I had originally asked about, but I was totally ok with it and just so glad that someone was finally helping me. She was kind, polite, competent, and efficient, and I appreciated this very much. It is a shame that the first two women I interacted were severely lacking in these traits. The first woman seemed to have poor comprehension and communication skills. She really complicated things for no reason and didn't seem to care one bit. The second woman, the manager (shortish/bob length blond hair) was very confrontational, extremely rude, so unprofessional, and unhinged. I will never step foot in this CVS again, and actually the experience has soured me to CVS. I am transferring all my prescriptions back to Walgreens where all my transactions have always been smooth, polite, and stress-free....and where I am treated in a respectful manner.

The pharmacist and pharmacy staff are very unfriendly And are not very professional. I understand things can be stressful, but when people are kind to you, you should be kind back to them and not be rude . It’s just not necessary.People can always take their business somewhere else.

This pharmacy is horrible. I have been going here for 6 years and have now hit my last straw. Both pharmacists and pretty much all pharmacy staff are rude majority of the time. They will tell you there’s “nothing they can do” when you call for a concern and lack empathy for people in need of medication. I’ve now switched all of my prescriptions because I cannot deal with the disrespect anymore. No matter how calm you are they will give you a nasty attitude like you are the one forcing them to work there. I suggest using the CVS in Target across the street or Publix Pharmacy. Don’t waste your time and energy here.
All of these negative reviews are not just random. If everyone is saying the same thing please listen.

Waited an hour for an RX called over from the minute clinic post sick visit. I went up and was basically given the hand and told they needed 30 minutes. Then they're closing and oh no, they don't have my rx. They didn't even try and so never will I be back and no more rx at CVS. WORST!!! Don't go here. Go across the street to target or anywhere else.

I was at your store on March 8 and on April 5 where I filled 2 prescriptions. They charged me $47 for a 30 day supply and $141 for a 90 supply. I question the amount since I was expecting to the $11.20. But they told me I was wrong and the cost would be as quoted. So since this is the most important medicine I take I paid the higher amount. I got my summary from my insurance company yesterday and saw what they paid and what my share should’ve been. Called my insurance company who called your store while I was on the line and a very rude pharmacist basically told me to bad, there’s nothing can be done. I’m gonna see about filing a complaint against him and your store. Because I’m out $165 that went in somebody’s pocket but it was mine.

I guess I am gonna try the new Publix pharmacy. The guy here at the CVS pharmacy apparently has a hearing issue, and if you attempt to not talk thru the plastic he yells at you. If you are that concerned about the plastic screen, why not wear a mask? As a result, you have to yell your birth date to the entire store for him to hear it. Yea...that's safe. Rude and insecure practices. You'd be better off elsewhere.

Extremely slow service — took nearly an hour waiting for them to serve 3 cars ahead of me, and then once I got to the window, it was nearly 10 mins before my existence was acknowledged—will gladly drive further for better service

I love the people in the MinuteClinic, but I should have had them call my prescription in to my normal pharmacy. I have done this before and regretted it, but when you’re ill you figure it’s better just to stay and get the prescriptions from the pharmacy where you are. But I waited an hour and then decided that since I was not feeling well to leave and come back. Three hours later, i returned and was told to give them 20 more minutes to get my prescription filled. This is typical for this particular pharmacy. I would recommend seeing the lovely people in the minute clinic and then asking them to call your prescription in to a different pharmacy.

It's the worst CVS ever. I'm moving my prescription to somewhere else. Staff is rude and make mistakes all the time .

This pharmacy is dirty, it seems they never clean. I don't upload pics, because I don't want to be seen taking pictures of their dirty floor. In the other departments, miscellaneous articles are shown on dirty shelves. I have nothing against foreigners, but some of the attendants at the pharmacy have such a strong accent I have to ask them to repeat what they said 2 or 3 times fact that make them nervous and rude, but they should try to listen to themselves and, maybe, they could understand.
