There are two pharmacist very rude and they do not know their jobs.
They think they are always right and but they are confused.

Rude, not very intelligent and they mess up my prescription every time. Type 1 diabetes need their insulin to live. They mess my orders up every time, and then tell me to go to an urgent care if I’m unsatisfied. Better training is needed

Just stood at register 2 employees on their phones saw me and continued the phone calls. This place is horrible I needed 2 phone chargers that are locked up on the shelves. I didn’t know this was that ghetto. Wow.

If CVS is going to recommend and only have self check-out, don't have the employee standing over me while checking out candy to see if I scanned everything.

New CVS phone system. If you need to speak with your pharmacist for help, YOU CAN'T!!! The new system requires that you leave a voice message and someone might call you back, sometime! Try Costco or Walgreens or Publix, or anywhere that will allow you to speak with your professional pharmacist when necessary.

Found a roach in my beverage last week and was told they would escalate my complaint to the district manager. I’ve called multiple times and no response or follow up. I’ve had to go to the doctor due to immediate illness from this situation and no one seems to care. Completely unprofessional. ZERO out of 10

Never had an issue at this location. I’m always able to find an associate whenever I need help. Staff is very courteous and helpful. The location on North Main St. needs better customer service and availability.

My family has been using this CVS for years, but we have finally had enough of the rude, incompetent customer service. We've switched to Publix, and no they don't have a drive-thru, but the service is like night and day. If you want competent, friendly and efficient service, as so many others have said, go *anywhere* but here. This store is across the street from the hospital, so the awful service and being out of everything really just doesn't cut it. Shame on this company. Vote with your feet.
