I had ordered some pants on Revzilla that were too big and setup a return with them. I saw that they had the right size and called to make sure before I drove out there. They said they didn't but that they could take the return from RevZilla. So I went there just to take care of the return. Melissa helped me and it turned out they did have the right size. So she took care of the return and was able to get everything done at one time. Very friendly and knowledgeable. She even cleaned off my helmet. Great customer service!!! I will definitely be back.

Updating as of 12/16/25, once again I am so impressed with Max that helped me shop for helmets for over an hour and transferred the weird color /size I needed from a store in California. Cycle gear employees provide the best retail service. Service is terrible at most places these days as everyone is underpaid and overworked - but cycle gear does a great job of working with customers. Motorcycle gear is expensive so it takes time to sort through options and decide what works best for you, the staff is always patient.

I’ve been to three different stores recently and everybody’s been amazing but this woman stands out above exceptional. She knew the products she knew the procedure. She knew the styles. She was incredible.

Always good knowing that you can ride out to a motorcycle shop for gear that you need to fit into vs ordering online and having faith it would fit. Cycle Gear has always come in clutch.

I had my tire changed and balanced. Work was completed in a timely manner. I was called when the job was completed. The clerk was polite and helpful but they didn’t save my old tube so I could use it as a spare.
