This place sells you raggedy luxury cars for inflated prices. You end up having to do repairs before the car is paid off. They are very unprofessional and scammers. I was behind in my car payments and they repossed it. That's fine, I take full accountability. However, I offered to pay the remaining balance off so that I would no longer have payments and would own the car. I was told the owner didn't want to "finance" the car anymore. There would be no financing involved if I pay the full balance but they refused. They got upset and wanted me to contact the repo company to give them the key and get my belongings. Honestly, they just want to put the car back on the lot and sale it to someone else. It's 2009 Audi Q7, dark gray in color. It smells like gas and the catalytic converter is bad. So is the radio and wiring! Don't buy it! Also they will request you as a friend on Facebook to stalk you and see what you're up to. Run away from this place!

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. The level of unprofessionalism from Jeff alone is enough to make the entire company look bad. A complete scam that sells you trash cars for high prices. Insane. The amount of HARASSMENT/STALKING you receive from him is beyond belief. Done Auto is a great name because customers are DONE with their scammy auto sales!
