We recently purchased a few Canon printers from EDGE and couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From the first inquiry to installation, the team at EDGE was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs. As a customer, it was personal and I felt valued as a person instead of as a customer.
They took the time to understand our workflow and recommended the perfect model that has already improved our office efficiency. The setup was smooth, and their training and support ensured our staff felt confident using the new equipment right away.
The Canon printer itself is fast, reliable, and produces excellent quality prints and scans. It’s been a great investment for our team.

We are a current costumer of Edge. I have been in this business for 25 years and they are the best managed service company of any kind that I have worked with. Every single person we have dealt with has been great. This is not something I take saying lightly. I am hard on vendors who do not produce, Edge really takes their job's seriously and are extremely customer focused. I would recommend them to anyone. Madison is a great rep, that always takes care of what I need done.

We are now in our 3rd year with Edge Business Systems and their consistent customer service (Katy and the other ladies in the office), has exceeded our expectations. As we go in to our 4th year, other companies are starting to reach out, offering their services. It will be difficult for any other company to get our business without being able to DRASTICALLY reduce our costs.

Our school (Greater Atlanta Adventist Academy) has been with Edge Business Systems for a few years. The experiences that we have had with everyone from Edge that has come to our school has been great. From the Sales Dept (Trevor McCawley to our Technicians) has been a rewarding relationship. Even when we did something to mess up the copier, we received top notch service. There was one Tech that was assigned to us and his name was David. Everyone in the administration office knew him and would come by to speak when he was on campus.
David passed away suddenly and it was a shock to all of us. His memory will be a part of us forever. We still talk about him and miss him dearly. Upon his passing, we didn't know what was going to happen; but, Edge did not drop the ball! When we needed help, the interim Techs came to our assistance. Last week, our permanent Tech, John Garrett came out. John was a carbon copy almost of David. Thank you Edge Business Systems on a job well done.

I'm the Client Services Director of The Saunders Law Firm and Christine Pappas TRULY helped me with my printer problem issues. She was very very kind and was full of knowledge in assisting me to get the problem resolved. She really went above and beyond to help me, she stayed with me until the problem was solved. I was very pleased and extremely impressed with her knowledge, understanding and customer service experience. If I have a problem again, I'm not sure if it's permitted but I would be requesting Christine again. Also, if your company/business are in need of the types of services Edge Business Systems provide I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

As the owner of Gwinnett's premier personal injury law firm - a business known for heavy copying and document management needs, I write this review. I have worked with Edge from the moment I went to just having a printer at my desk to needing a networked copier. Rich Simons, the owner, did a great discovery meeting with me, listening to my needs and where the firm was headed. He then offered the right solutions at the right price. Since then, his service team has done a great job keeping us running at 100% efficiency.
