What an excellent experience it was from pick off to drop off with enterprise Rent-A-Car on Alpharetta Highway in Roswell. The whole staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend this location and Enterprise in general for your future car rental needs.D

So far so good! The car was clean. The staff was very friendly and when I got into my car, there was a sanitizing wipe waiting for me. Nice little Plus.

Jules and the rest of the staff at Enterprise were incredible! I was able to pick up and return the rental car without and hassles or issues. Would not hesitate to do business with them again!

They were very friendly from the moment I walked in the door. The communication was very clear and professional. It can be such a pain when you’re dealing with a car accident, and your cars in the shop but they made it super easy and quick. They even pick up the car from the car shop when I got my car. How much easier is that?! I think the person I spoke with was Dion? He was the best. This was Tuesday around 11am

I can't speak highly enough of the enterprise location 10889 Alpharetta Hwy, Roswell, GA 30076I am big on customer service. From the time I called interacted with Deion he was kind professional and made the reservation for me over the phone. I could feel his smile through the phone. Stephen went above and beyond and gave me a rude to their location. He was so professional, friendly and listened to what my needs were for my overnight trip. He was awesome. I observed Jules as she interacted with other customers and I thought to myself this is a top notch team! Jules, Stephen and Deion really represent Enterprise well and should be trained to lead other locations. Please revognize them. You have a great team, the building was clean and so was the car. This will definitely be my location for a rental car when needed. Thank you all!

This place is full of incompetence. I had a reservation to be picked up at my business location at 3pm, they called to reschedule to 4-4:30, assuring me that they would be there at that time. No one arrived, then they call me at 5:15 to see "if I still need to rent the car!". I tried to call back but you can't reach them after 5. I also called twice before 5 and the phone must have rung 30 times before I assumed they were not going to answer. Called back the next day to be told they couldn't pick me up at all today. Just save your self some time and skip these incompetent chumps.

Great service, clean car. I don’t want to make her work harder than she is already, but Jules is always great to rent from. If you’re lucky enough to rent through her, it will be seamless and friendly service.Also, shout out to their car cleaners. Always a clean, nice smelling (not with artificial spray either) cars!
