I recently had to rent a car from here due to an accident and my car getting fixed at classic collision.The staff here was incredibly helpful. Everything was easy for the pick up and return. I will be back for sure :) thanks for making it all smooth.

Not really sure why this location has low reviews but I had a very pleasurable experience securing a rental with Becky and Melissa. The two women are so kind and willing to do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer, swiftly, efficiently, and with ease. Thank you ladies!

Today, Saturday 11/4/23, we had a terrible experience with Hertz across the street from Enterprise. They refused to give us the car we had reserved because we were 5 minutes late to pick it up.Fortunately, we went to Enterprise, where Ajeine Chambers helped us tremendously. She was nice, accommodating, and very helpful.I’m happy that Hertz did such an awful job, so we got to experience such a great service from Enterprise!!!

The team at Enterprise in Roswell is incredible! They are kind, efficient and could not have been more enthusiastic. The car was clean and ran perfectly. I love the convenience of being able to walk to Enterprise from Palmer Jeep when I have a car repair. Will definitely rent again when my car is at Palmer.

I came here without an appointment on 9/17 to swap out a rental that had a bad tire. The rep was nice and swapped me out with no issues. She allowed me to walk the lot to choose the car I wanted, and she had it cleaned for me. This process went a lot smoother than I’d expected due to the lack of service I’d received at the Brookhaven location on 9/15. Thank you, ladies!

Reservation started off great. Collin (I believe that was his name) checked me in. He mentioned that he would be there the next day when I returned the vehicle and he’d call me to close out the reservation which he did not. I called the following day and whoever answered the phone looked up my reservation, came back to the phone, confirmed a higher rate than I was quoted. I asked why. Her answer was because I returned it on empty. When I was given the vehicle the day before Collin apologized for putting me in a rental that had little to no gas and advised that I was to return it with no gas. She puts me on hold again, comes back to the call and quoted me a higher rate than the one she just did which included the gas. Her answer: you had the rental for two days which was also INCORRECT. Not sure if this was an honest mistake because why would she not have included the second day in prior mention of the price which included filling up the tank of gas. Either they were trying to get as much money as they could or they need better training and communication. To add, I was on the phone for nearly 15 min simply asking for my receipt which I have still yet to receive. Pick another location. Save yourself the time and hassle.

8/31/23 I arrived at 10:15. They had knowledge of my arrival due to an appointment set that morning where they told me they needed to get me into a new car for our safety reason. Didn’t leave till 2:30 only because I have medical issues (which I explained) and two small kids that had been sitting in the heat for 4 hours and hungry.Suzan the ‘regional manager’ (I apologize for spelling) was unprofessional, didn’t explain anything, and was combative. While sitting there with two small kids 100 degree heat. She didn’t explain or try to help. I felt taken advantage of so I tried to reach out to other enterprise outlets to get suggestions and help. I called customer service, claims, and other locations trying to ask for help and figure out what was going on they all didn’t understand her push back and combative attitude.When my husband showed up to help me get the kids, she stated acting scared and accusing him of cornering her and acting like he was threatening her (to where we pulled another employee so she could feel more comfortable). While walking away almost every employee apologized saying ‘sorry she is the bosses boss’ and ‘sorry I can’t override her decision she’s my boss’. Unprofessional, no communication, not willing to work with people or even explain the delay.

Needed a rental after I was hit. This was my first time getting a rental so I didn’t know the ins and outs being my first time. The rental was being payed for by the second party and I had full coverage on my car which would have covered the rental if anything happened. The associate presented their coverage as if the vehicle wouldn’t be covered at all. When I went to go cancel it, I was told I couldn’t put it back on if I did. I told the associate I wanted to reach out to my attorney to verify before I did. My Attorny was puzzled as to why I was being charged for insurance. When I called back the manager had already took it off without my consent. I’m guessing when I mentioned speaking to my attorney she tried to get ahead of the situation. I was told by multiple people in corporate who expedited my claim twice that I would get a full refund and a call from claims and have yet to receive that call and only received part of that credit.
