Huge fail! Don’t waste your time. This was stopped two of three. I had to make just a return a package. The guy working at this store told me I needed to take the label. I had printed off to the top of the box. When I asked for tape to do this, he told me they sold tape and I would have to buy it. Once I finished taping the label in the box his scanner would not scale the barcode and then turned around and told me after I had bought this tape that he couldn’t perform the return here at this point I’ve already wasted half an hour between the previous stop on the other side of the parking lot where they failed too.
This is just as much a Walgreens fail as it is FedEx.

Tried returning our ATT router/modem here, they started the process and then said they couldn’t do the final part of the process so they sent us to a different fedex. Went to a different fedex and they said they couldn’t process our router/modem and that we’d have to have the original fedex ship it. Took it back here and they said they could do it. A few days later i got a call saying they couldn’t do it and basically said that it was my problem i had to deal with, so i had to drive back, pick up the package, call ATT and jump through some hoops to get it reset in their system so that I could take it back to a different fedex. Employees at the desk were well meaning, but the Fedex store here is just simply undertrained and not helpful, and I wasted a lot of my time and caused a lot of frustration.
