BEWARE!!! I felt so unwelcome in this establishment. The woman working at the counter did not greet me even after I greeted her, snatched my package, and remained silent my entire encounter. As soon as a Caucasian customer walked in she immediately greeted them with a smile. Extremely racist and bad attitude. Will never utilize this location and will alert my friends, colleagues, church members, family, classmates, mentor, local elected officials, and business partners to NEVER use this location.

They need to closed this location already. It’s frequently closed because they only have one employee on duty that takes 3 breaks a day.

Doors locked at 4:15pm with a sign on the door that says “Out to lunch, back at 4:45pm?” When is final pickup for overnight delivery?

Walked to store to ship package and no one is working, closed for a lunch break at 4:15 and won’t be back for another 30 minutes. Management needs to higher more employees if you only have one associate.

Stopped by Monday afternoon at 2:30 and doors locked, no one on duty. Is this how bad things have become at FedEx? No one available to work during normal business hours? Pay your people more so they show up!!

Really great store BUT a little feedback for Stephanie. She’s incredibly sweet but struggles with balancing being so talkative while there’s a long line behind her. People need to go in and out and don’t want to stand there for 30 mins while she has a 10 mins casual conversation with one customer completely wasting everyone’s time and then does the sane with the next customer EVERY SINGLE TIME. She just needs to find the right balance. Sometimes there are 2 customers there and it’ll take 40 mins because she’s talking..

Stephanie was amazing. We needed help doing a custom print job for my daughter's school project and Stephanie was slammed with other customers but took a ton of time to enthusiastically help us. Super friendly and wanted to get the job done just right for us. We appreciated it so much, thanks Stephanie!

I wish I had the name of the young lady who helped me on Thursday November 21st around 10:00 a.m.. I found her to be quite helpful pleasant to work with. I also had questions about rates and options. She took her time to explain every option to me and we considered different scenarios. Thank you!

Never experienced such attitude from someone at any retail store ever. The associate, Stephanie was giving an attitude when I asked her a question about the rates. She then disappeared towards the back while I was waiting for her to print a label for me so I had to wait for 5 minutes. I probably should’ve left and went to another location.

Just wanted to drop off a package but the girl was doing her own tasks and didn’t bother to help me even though I motioned to her so I just left my package in the front. Heard her complaining out loud to some other guy who was at the counter who appeared to be waiting as well.
