My favorite banking branch EVER! I have been banking here for over 4 years and the love that is shown to customers by the employees here is second to none! Everyone is greeted with a smile and professionalism when they walk in, everyone is shown patience and given the amount of time they need for whatever matter they are there to take care of, and regular customers are greeted by name and asked how they have been! I recently had to contact the branch MINUTES before they closed on a Friday evening of a holiday weekend. I left an urgent message for Dede, the Asst Branch Mgr to call me back. She called me back at 4:57 and I explained to her my emergency with my accounts. She put in a case to have my very serious issue resolved and the next day when that department opened it was taken care of. As a result, I didn't have to wait until the Tuesday after the holiday to have access to my accounts again. When I contacted Aziz (one of the bankers at this location) on Tuesday to have him open a case to get my online banking and debit card reinstated, he immediately jumped on it and in less than an hour both were taken care of! The professionalism and urgency shown to customers at this branch are a direct result of the way Michele, the Branch Mgr runs this location! She has an open-door policy in her office. She's never too busy to find time to speak with a customer, replies to any email I sent her regarding my accounts, HELOC, or investments, gets to know us on a personal level, and always has a smile on her face! There is no other place I'd trust with my banking relationship than this location and this staff right here!!

This is the best bank I have ever banked at I have been with them since 1999 and have no intentions of changing Michelle the branch manager and all her employees are the best in the world they go out of their way to make everything right and give all the help they can.

Best banking branch ever! Michele and Dede and the entire team in the crabapple branch have been assisting me for years. Their service is truly exceptional and I am so thankful to have a local bank where I can always talk to someone and where they know me. Best bankers ever! Highly recommend this bank branch.
