I guarantee any 5 star reviews you see, they either work there or were told to make one. Applies to North Point location too. Just order your stuff online. Thank me later. Also go to Doki Meki's they have everything gamestop has minus the games/consoles. But they have soooooo much more anime stuff and real samurai swords! And better prices!

Spencer was rude and failed to provide basic customer service. Recommend dispatching this employee and replacing with a competent less ignorant person.

This lady saw me and my mom walking in the store and we where waiting to ask for a price because I wanted to see how much I can get for a ps5 and the lady pretended to be on the phone while me and my mom were waiting to and then we proceeded to leave and she magically got off the phone and closed the store. This is the worst costumer service at this GameStop.

Showed up 5 minutes prior to close on ps5 pro release day to find that the store was already locked and the employee was inside closing up. Stood outside the door until close and was ignored the whole time while he locked up.

store says it opens at 12 and closes at 8
arrived at 12:30 on my lunch break to the store being closed with window gates still up and nobody answering the phone, guess the only store manager/employee called out. bummer

This place is pretty awful. The staff is pretty nice but hard not to be depressed working at Gamestop. The selection is bare bones. Add a dreadful corporate overlord structure and it's just a hellscape. The store randomly closes during business hours with a handwritten sign on the door. Pre-owned games are barely discounted. Avoid at all costs. If you want to know why retail is dead, just see this store.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT purchase anything from this store or any other GameStop for that matter Without knowing the policy yourself. I purchased a VR headset, maybe a little less than two weeks ago. I asked about the return policy and was told I could return it within 14 days by a Bianca. 7 days later, I tried to return it and was informed that I could not return it unless it was unopened by another employee. I called GameStop corporate and they didn’t know the policy either they told me I could take it back and exchange it which you cannot do. No wonder this company is going bankrupt it all makes sense. I was told a manager would call me never happened. Not surprised! Do your research before buying anything from GameStop as a matter of fact, just order it on Amazon let me save you a headache

I can agree with Andrew Peace. I have been coming to this GameStop forever and their employees have been all amazing… However the same guy Andrew mentioned is not only cursing but closing the shop down at 7.

Disgusting. Hiring manager (Chris, short guy with the ponytail) loudly curses and makes fun of people for their appearance when they enter the store. An employee was working their final day today and stated they were fed up and couldn't handle it anymore. Future employees beware.
