As a presidents circle member, I give hertz a LOT of business. Its not unusual for me to have 30 or 40 rentals in a year, due to the specific demands of my travel schedule, and simply as a matter of personal convenience. I've frequented many Hertz locations over the years, and this one, without a doubt is the absolute best. They have yet to let me down, even after NUMEROUS rentals over the years. My car is always ready, clean, and quick. I am in and out of there in no time at all, and I'm always satisfied with the totality of the rental experience. Highly recommend.

This hertz location has been nothing short of spectacular to and with me. They always have my car ready to go, even before I arrive, and the transition to my vehicle has been easy, and painless. They are extremely accomodating, adaptable, friendly and work REALLY hard at making things work for customers. I am so fond of this location that I will bypass several others, and drive 20 miles out of my way to get to them. They are simply the best.

This review is for the manager of this branch. I hadn't realized the office closed at noon, and when I arrived 10min after closing, he stayed late to get me a car. I wish the website offered a warning, but I'm very thankful to the manager for saving my plans!

Terrible - car was not available and they told me I'd have to pay more if I wanted a car. There is an Enterprise Rental up the street. If you are at all thinking about renting here, don't. Go anywhere else.

I am very disatisfied with the service received, it is not acceptable at all. I booked a medium-size SUV, and when I get to the Hertz branch, the offer me a lower category... I say I do not want the car and they promise me to change it for the one I booked and paid, that I only had to call on Monday since they would have cars. I call and no cars. I call next day and no cars. I call another time and they ask me to go to the office as soon as possible so they finally have a car for me. I drive 25 minutes and when I arrive, they say to me they do not know who gave me this info... Incredible!!! No car. I would like Hertz to contact me and solve this ASAP please (rental record = 152075652).

I had an excellent experience, renting a car from Hertz on Alpharetta Highway in Roswell, Georgia. The staff is extremely friendly. The rental process went smoothly. The car was an excellent choice. The amount of money I paid for the rental was exactly what they said it would be. I highly recommend this Hertz Location for your rental needs.

Arrived at the location at 7:57 am. Location was supposed to open at 8:00 am. A total of 6 people in line to get rental vehicles before anyone arrived and opened the door finally at 8:25 am. Absolutely ridiculous. When the employee finally opened the door at 8:25 am, she had an attitude. Do not recommend renting from this location!

Never again. Made reservations weeks ahead - walked in, no car available. Hertz guy said this happens all the time - especially holidays. How can they run a business like this? Ridiculous

Pickup, Drop off, and all of my interactions with the Hertz team were great. I will definitely be renting with Hertz again. I have had many worse and upsetting experiences with other car rental companies, but Hertz was excellent. It is worth paying a little bit more for the Hertz experience.

.. rude staff .. and the car I was given was like a 1999 & felt like I was driving those cars you build & race for fun. Literally such a joke for the price. Way overpriced for what you get . Go right across the street to enterprise. The guys at Enterprise were sweet , welcoming, nice , funny & handsome . The car I was given was 2023- larger , new, w an iPad radio system, just out of the car wash , - all for the same price as Hertz.

Very rude staff at this location. They will try to add as much extra charges to your account as they can think of, then treat you like trash if you try to question that.

This location is clearly a mess. Curt staff and horrible inventory management.
Put a reservation in 3 weeks in advance. Pay it in advance. Show up at 9:00, when they open and when I set my pick up time. No-one is there. Wait a few minutes, someone lets us in, immediately tells me there are no cars similar to my reservation available (SUV). I look outside and see 3 Nissan Pathfinders right out front. All spoken for I guess? Strange, thought a 3 weeks-out reservation would hold. I even confirmed via text, and checked in. Not one call from them to tell me that the car was not available. Any hertz in the area that are open/would have a car I need? Nope. Tried to process a refund, but was given a pamphlet to call corporate to deal with it.
This isn't the first time i’ve had issue with Hertz, but this was my first time at this location.
I know my problems aren’t their problems, but this issue was pretty devastating for my work travel plans, and put me in a serious bind, having to run around all day to see where I could get a car.
Needless to say, Enterprise fixed this issue for me. I will likely never again give my business to Hertz, and I will also be seeking further compensation for this issue.

This place absolutely sucks. I paid to make a reservation on an SUV. They told me I could pick it up on Saturday, when I got there they said they have zero SUV’s available even though they confirmed my reservation and payment for one. This place absolutely sucks.

Heertz has failed my expectations the last three times so I will probably never use them again. Not having the rented car, charging a different rate and charging for unwanted insurance make the Seinfeld episode seem like documentary !
