Absolutely awful service - we took a tuxedo in and they gave us the wrong jacket back. After we realized it and took it back they insisted WE were confused,and refused to help us find our jacket. seriously, like we don't know our our own clothes?? Not even willing to look and see where ours could be. Now we have an inferior crappy jacket. Should have paid attention to the reviews.

I expected a basic level of competence andprofessionalism from a dry cleaner, and this establishment failed to meet thoseexpectations. I won't be returning, and I would caution others to think twice beforeusing their services.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with this dry cleaner. I brought in my shirts with a specific request for heavy starch, but when I received them back, they had no starch at all. I politely asked them to redo the service as per my initial request, but not only did they fail to provide the requested starch, but they also charged me the full price without any apology or explanation.The communication with the owners was also very unsatisfactory. Their attitude was unprofessional, and they seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. This lack of customer service is truly disappointing.I expected a basic level of competence and professionalism from a dry cleaner, and this establishment failed to meet those expectations. We have been using them for long time. Recently they lost 12 shirts. This lady in the front refuses to accept the issue and lies about we picked the shirts up. This rude lady, who started about a year ago, doesn't understand customers and customer satisfaction..

The worst customer service ever! The owners DO NOT appreciate their customers. The owners are extremely rude and disrespectful. This business destroyed an expensive pair of my curtains and the owners refused to accept responsibility. I was a customer for over 10 years and I have spent hundreds of my hard-earned money at Hi-Tech Cleaners. I did not deserve the owners laughing at me and speaking to me and another family member rudely disrespectfully. One of the owners, Susie, hung up on me three times. Extremely poor customer service! The owners were extremely rude and disrespectful (and, in my option, also likely racist) toward a family member and me when I asked them to pay me for the cost of expensive tulle curtains that they destroyed. They insisted that I brought the curtains to Hi-Tech Cleaners in this condition, which is not true. I supported this business for over 10 years and I have spent hundreds of dollars there. I will NEVER spend another dime there, and I hope they lose a lot of business as a result of this post and their extremely poor customer service.

Dry Cleaning THIEVES!! Beware! I do not normally never post negative experiences with a business... so this is a big deal for me! The Dry cleaners in the Ingles shopping center at the corner of Medlock and 141 are very dishonest. They charged me $14 for three men's shirts after quoting 2.25 per shirt specifically after checking my shirts when I dropped them - no confusion whatsoever. Terrible service, terrible attitude. I asked and was told no refunds or adjustments. Very disappointed with how they cheat people and Continue to stay in business. I am a business owner and want to support locally owned businesses but thievery I will not tolerate! Just reading reviews - terrible - seems I am not the only one...EVERYONE WATCH OUT!!

Friendly and courteous staff. I have no idea how they got all the cat hair off my clothes - but they did. For that, I am both sorry for the trouble and grateful for their awesomeness.

Very respectful best customer service ever I took my designer jacket here I got it back and it looks absolutely brand new good place for a dry cleaner professional I would recommend this place A lot they do an amazing work and super quick and fast.

I took a shirt to get hemmed and wanted $24 for what should have been $10 and then held the garment hostage til I paid. Typical and never again.

If you need GOOD QUALITY cleaning, YOU MUST go here!
I just had a pair of very expensive dress slacks cleaned by them. There was a REALLY tough stain that they could not get out the first or second time they tried.
They cleaned the slack a THIRD time and finally got it out!!! Praise the Lord!! The even better part of the story is that they did not charge me for either the 2nd or 3rd attempt at getting them cleaned.
They proved to me yet again that they REALLY care about doing a good job for you!!!
I hope EVERYONE is near to where they are located will give them your business!!
