Unfortunately, I purchased a glass door for the front of my house but within two years it got all hazy between the glass and it’s getting worse day by day. I contacted them and they said that there’s a one year warranty which I do understand but I don’t understand how they could stand by a product that’s very expensive that within two years is ruined. I could’ve just gone to Home Depot and paid a quarter of the price and gotten a door that would be just fine and they would certainly stand behind their product if there were a defect after only 2 years. So the product they sold me is no good and because they won’t do anything to help me I have to say that the customer service is no good. So buyer beware. I’d love to incude photos but I guess there’s nowhere to do that.

Really fantastic service at the Roswell store. Brian helped me Saturday and Xavier on Sunday when I returned to pick up a vanity. Their level of customer care and service, as well as their product knowledge was very impressive. It was a pleasure doing business with this store.

Buyer beware. They will sell you defective doors and then charge you a 15% restocking fee even if you never received the items and it never got delivered to you. Dont use their installer Total Renovation because he is a liar and does terrible job.

If you order cabinets from these folks make sure you add 8 to 10 weeks to whatever estimated delivery they tell you. Then you can be presently surprised when it only takes 2 months instead of 4 months to get your stuff. We didn't do that and were forced to order cabinets from another source because our contractor was going to move on and who knows when we could get them back. Turns out the new source for cabinets offered much better quality and service and timely shipping so thats good but when we tried to get our money back HCO charged us 16% restock fee for cabinets that to our knowlege never left the warehouse. So they got a whole bunch of money to lie to us and keep their product for the next unlucky customer. Good luck.

I am very pleased with the iron doors that I purchased, they are beautiful. Mike Reid was instrumental in helping me choose the right doors and colors. Mike was knowledgeable, his attention to detail was greatly appreciated and he kept me informed throughout the design and build process. The doors were delayed by two months due to COVID shipping delays but Mike kept me calm and I am very very happy with the doors. Wonderful experience. Thank you Mike and Home Center Outlets Roswell

Ordered & paid for a brand new vanity in the box with a pickup from their Atlanta store because they had it in stock & Roswell didn't. Drove 45 minutes to pick it up & all they had was the floor display model. Store personnel said they accidentally sold the other 2 in the box & this is all they had take it or leave it. So upset because I had contractors waiting for it! Contacted Roswell store manager, I requested a store credit since I paid for new & got the display model. Manager said they'd get with Atlanta mgr & get back with me. Still waiting for a call back & it's been over 3 weeks. Don't fall for their scam! You could be paying for new & getting a used vanity!

I would also agree to check over everything first before purchase as the return window is very slim and there are no warranty options. Everything I’ve purchased from here has been faulty. I purchased a faucet for kitchen that started to leak less than a year after purchase. The 18 inch cabinet I purchased for custom vanity has a drawer that is missing it’s drawer slide so it doesn’t close properly. I spent close to $400-$500 on this cabinet alone and it was installed before I noticed the issue unfortunately. Lastly I purchased a stand alone tub $1200+ Where the drain that you press to release water doesn’t open up after water is filled within the tub. It’s very annoying but again already installed beyond a return period so I’m stuck with it. Just be mindful of your purchase before installation. It sucks that I’ve had issues with everything purchased here.Update:This place sells damaged products and will not fix any issues you have once the product has been installed! Beware!! After speaking to manager who reached out after my review informed me that there is nothing more they can do besides send me a replacement track in which I would have to hire a new contractor to come out and fix. Same with the $1200 soaking tub I purchased. They will not have anyone come out to fix the issue but offered to send a new part in which I do not know will resolve the issue. I would again have to hire someone to come and try to fix the tub. I feel like they are not taking responsibility for selling defective products and they are forcing the consumer to spend more money out of pocket for any issues needing to be fixed. After a huge renovation project in which you’ve invested so much money you shouldn’t have to deal with this.
