I recently bought a house next to this store and have been experiencing the home buyers curse of everything breaking, so I'm a frequent flyer here multiple times a week. The store is clean and easy to navigate. However, the welcoming staff is what makes it. They are not only knowledgeable on the store, but so many of them actual understand home improvement and are excited to help. They have given me so many great ideas saving me time and money while ultimately leading to home upgrades better than I ever envisioned. Everytime I've had an issue with a product they have always refunded or discounted to take care of me. In the few short months I've lived here, I'm pretty sure I'm on a first name basis with more of the staff at Home Depot than I am with my Church. Shout outs to Janice and Don for everything.

Great location close to home. Everything we need and more. I mean it's a Home Depot... if they don't have it most likely doesn't exist. Came and got what we needed and then checked out quick... in and out in a flash. Easy peasy lemon squeezie!

I just moved here and I've never experienced such friendly and helpful staff at any Home Depots like this one! It was good to have a warm welcome to the area.

Shout out for great customer service from two awesome ladies at the Home Depot on Holcomb Bridge. Cynthia was restocking in the grill department and was kind enough to stop, help me, and see to it that my purchase was lifted off a top shelf and brought to customer service. Then Miss Janice took over...handling a purchase with coupon and specific delivery window on only part of the order. She's a 21 year veteran of HD and it shows! She was kind, Knowledgeable and efficient. Women helping women! Nice to have great customer service in a challenging labor market. P.S. Although delivery was free, I paid $20 for a guaranteed time...and two polite guys showed up ON-Time!

Worst Home Depot in the country - horrible customer service - dirty and poorly stocked - try Ace hardware - at least they care - D

I've been doing a bathroom reno and coming back and forth to this location a good bit, spending a lot. I'm truly frustrated and dismayed at the lack of sanitized POS systems. Why should anyone have to touch the keypad? Please fix this as we go into flu season with COVID looming larger. I won't even bother with the apathy of your clerks.

I been going to this location for years and have always had fairly good experiences. Are there times when people could be more helpful, yes but the service is overall fairly good here. This location is always clean. Barry, Gary and John were very helpful, making my experience very easy. Now I have the pressure washer I always wanted and I know how to use it! Thanks guys!

If I could give a negative star rating, I would. I placed an online order for 6 bales of wheat straw. About 30 minutes later I received an email letting me know that my order was ready to be picked up. I made the 25 minute drive to Home Depot and when I arrived I was told "sorry, we are out of wheat straw." Maybe HD could have relayed THAT message via email instead of telling me that my order was ready and saved me the drive across town? Even worse, the "customer service" employee was kind of indifferent about the situation like "yeah, it is what it is." Not at all apologetic for wasting my time.

Another frustrating Home Depot experience. The customer service experience at this location has gone way down hill recently. Tonight, I purchased a multi tool that came with a free battery (in a separate package beside the multi tool). Went through self checkout. Scanned both. Was coming up $65 for the battery. Cashier called a guy over from another dept. He didn't know but I walked him over to the display and he agreed with me. Cashier called the cashier manager. I had to walk her over as well. She said that I had the wrong battery. I asked her to show me the "right" battery. She just walked off. In the end, she came back and just removed the battery from my on screen cart and just said "pay". I asked if I was getting it for free as the sign described and she mumbled something in Spanish and walked off. In the end, I was correct but it was too much for her to admit it. That's a bad way to treat customers.I have had enough with this Home Depot. In a typical year, I would spend over $100k here. Not anymore. I'm done.

This is the worst run HD I have ever been to. I have used it for orders throughout COVID. Employee awareness of COVID safety is non existent. They don't wear masks properly and get right in your face. They don't answer phones in departments (I have called and been transferred to plumbing 5 (FIVE) times only to get no answer and worse, connect then immediate hang up, over 3 days. Curbside pick up is ignored - you can text from your spot and use the HD App and no one ever comes out with an order forcing at risk customers to go inside and engage their poorly masked and largely clueless employees. Orders are often wrong. The list goes on. I wish I could find something nice and good to say as I normally have liked my HDs in other cities but there just isn't a bright spot regarding this particular store.

First, let me start with the fact that I’m not the type to review companies and never thought I would have to review Home Depot, one of my favorite companies, but now I do. I have had the worst experience trying to buy a dishwasher for my family. It started with my wife and I deciding to upgrade our dishwasher. We went to buy a new one in store and have it delivered a week later. Well, when it was delivered, the installers cut the water line from our old dishwasher (which was

Very disappointed in my visit to Home Depot today. Only 1 employee that I saw was wearing a face mask. Why is this not mandatory by management and corporate? There was absolutely zero social distancing which employees should be helping to control. They are putting both themselves and others in danger. Unfortunately, I will not be visiting this store again any time in the near future.

We love this so Home Depot! Everyone is so helpful. We always have employees go above & beyond to help! We have coming here fore years! It's a perfect location! We wouldn't know what to do if they ever closed!
