The pharmacist is kind and helpful as are all of the pharmacy techs except one. It only takes the one tech who has poor communication skills, who doesn’t bother to be polite except when her boss is in earshot or eyesight to damage the image of the whole team.

My name is George and I have been coming to Kroger Centennial for over 20 years for my medications. The pharmacy staff is very nice and efficient. I highly recommend them, particularly Debbie and Jill who are always so kind and helpful.

Cancelled our prescription without notifying us. Extremely rude pharmacy tech. Didn’t notify us about being out of network. Didn’t fill prescription in a timely manner. Do you need more reasons to not use this pharmacy?? Beware - bad service all around.

Staff are very professional, prompt, and helpful. We used to get prescriptions filled at CVS down Holcomb Bridge and had very poor experiences, so we’ve switched to Kroger and are very pleased.

I have been shopping in this store over 10 years. I always find what I want. I get my food delivered since I need knee replacement and back issues. The customer service is courteous and friendly. They are calm even when I have to return something and there is a line. They are good people.

Last night 9/5/2023 I went with my son to grab one item and the doors were already locked @10:40pm please help me understand why they are locked when the store closing hours say 11pm. I even knocked on the glass and was ignored with the guys back to me. I don't know his full name but I know it begins with b the initial "E". There were 4 other people that had come after my arrival that were trying to buy last minute and one gentleman said he only had one item as well to purchase. It's really sad and upsetting that this employee took it upon himself to do his choice of store hours. It's going to end up costing Kroger money on the opposite end. I really wish Jim was working nights because he would be so kind no matter if it was last minute shipping or not. I must admit he is missed by many vs the new nighttime guy with the initial "E"Please Please put Jim back on nights as the new guy sucks and ignores people.

Roswell Pharmacist-Jill and her team Felicia and Debbie worked collectively to find a resolution to my Mounjaro disappointment. They were patient, provided relevant recommendations, and follow through. They provided second to none customer service which has not been my experience recently with other pharmacies.Lisa W. Rotten food and even worse employees. I spent an hour and fifteen minutes to be told; with a receipt, within return period that I could not return a broken item. Very hateful and I believe racist employees. I have been krogering and even worked for the company for a brief period for 25-30 years. This store location is worst example I've seen in any state. They should remove Shawn/Deshawn and place a new manager in place immediately. I saw two other disturbed customers on this visit. Truly an embarrassment to Kroger!

Most racist Kroger I have ever been to! I waited 10 minutes to the Guest Sevice Care before I spotted a Kroger worker. I had to wave her over She asked me to wait to see were the other worker would be back. That individual was on break and would not be back for 30 minutes. So no one else could have assisted me?
