Wish I could give ZERO STARS
picked up my sons prescription..so since I was there I went over to the deli to do shopping. The gentleman working there @ 3:55p today never looked up told me he was busy and write my order down and he get to it when he got through. By the way there was no one but me at the counter. Needless to say I didn’t do anymore shopping there and drove to Publix and spent $48. Will not return!

Nice staff. One step person worked hard to locate their elusive Kroger's diet ginger beer. Not successful but he gets points for the effort. Aside from the diet ginger beer, it's always well stocked

employees at this kroger have routinely harassed and denied service to my loved ones for being gay. disgusting. it isn’t 1950 anymore!

I was buying cigarettes at the gas station window at the door. After I bought two boxes, my husband asked to buy two more boxes. The salesperson told me that the Kroger card can only be used once! I have never encountered such a situation in other Kroger stores!

Cleaner and brighter than alot of the Kroger stores I visit. Staff was super nice. Great location and easy to get in and out of. I did notice the price of my favorite hot sauce in the giant bottle jumped up 51 cents! Yikes!!! I usually buy it at Restaurant Depot but in the future I’ll need to stock up there unless they’re gouging too! Oh well…

Kroger likes to advertise that they are all about fresh, and how they love to help out in their respective communities. Here is how they elected to help a young couple about mid twenties who had just lost their home to a lightning induced fire. The couple put all their belongings into their 2 cars. The Kroger manager called the police on the FOR SLEEPING IN THEIR CAR!!! The Roswell police came out in full force of about 10 police cars and invited them to leave permanently. So I personally shopped at this store. My opinion of the management here is that this store needs managers interested in managing their stores, i.e . things like keeping it stocked, hiring employees who are not rude and training them so that they might be of some use to customers, other than accusing the shopping public of theft. This isn't the murder Kroger in Atlanta. This is Roswell and this area is relatively safe at least it seems to be and for what the residents here pay in taxes it ought to be. After the cops got done treating this couple like garbage at the request of the manager who apparently has something against people sleeping in their car much as their overnight stock crew does on their breaks. I made sure these 2 got a hotel room and some edible food. No they are not criminals and the police couldn't find anything to take them to jail for and I'll tell you, they TRIED!!! As for my family, WE DO NOT SHOP AT THIS (OR ANY) KROGER ANY MORE!!!?

Kroger needs to clean up this location. The inside looks like it needs a deep clean. From the parking lot upkeep to the inside of the store. Feels gross and a little unsafe. There is a nicer Kroger a couple miles away- the small commute adjustment was worth how much cleaner and nicer it is.

Just waited in customer service for about 10 min.. just left and went to another Kroger and there aisle were half empty.
