Worst experience ever. I went to buy a $100 gift card for an employee I went to self check out and as soon as the computer said approved it froze and wanted an employee swipe. An employee came over and tried fixing it and then let me know it was canceled and I needed to go get a new card and go to a regular check out lane. He reassured me that my card had not been charged. I went to a regular lane and checked out I asked the cashier if one of the other girls was a manager and she said no but asked what I needed help with. I told them what just happened and again the 2 girls assured me that the card was not charged. Again on my way out I asked the self check out guy if it canceled out and he said yes. I waited a couple days because both charges were on my account saying pending but today both charges have gone through causing an over draft fee and when I called the store I got hung up on 2 times before I finally talked to someone who said she was a manager and told me I needed to be in the building to get my refund. I went to the store and to customer service and I asked the lady "are you the manager" she said no then I said I need to talk to her because she said she would give me a refund she asked me what for and I started to explain and then she said she was the person I talked to on the phone and asked me to hold on and asked for my card and ID and then gave me $100 bill... first of all with the gift card charge my card was charged $106.95 so I paid to get ripped off... second that does nothing for my bank to see that the overdraft fee was not my fault and third where the hell was the manager?!

Very nice workers and nice store. However, very poor management... Items listed on sale ring as full price upon checkout, consistently…this never improves. Poor oversight and poor IT. Get it together, simple accountability and proper management.

Angela was one of the rudest and laziest employees I have yet to meet here and that’s saying a lot as I’ve never had a pleasant experience with any of these workers. They are rude, unprofessional, and the self checkout workers obviously don’t pay attention. Probably my last time shopping here. If you want a nice experience go to Publix.

Whichever worker that was working the self check out area on 6/14 at around 6:30 was one of the rudest Karen’s I’ve ever encountered (I’m censoring my words). From getting loud about weighting produce when I was clearly already trying to weight and standing right next to me watching me scan every single item to being rude again when the register said I needed assistance. I will never be back here and I have no clue how she has a job.

(I was profiled in this Kroger and followed till I paid.)
Around 3:30pm I went in to this Kroger to shop for my regular groceries. And as I was walking on the isle’s one of the workers there who I assume had a huge position (manager) because he wasn’t wearing a uniform, but was training a guy with a Kroger shirt on. Was very rude! I’m 8 months pregnant and you can clearly see that I’m carrying a baby in belly, And as I was walking, the manager did not even say “excuse me”??? and barge in so quick that it made me scared to even be around him, so of course I decided to go into another isle. (So rude) Which he followed me and through out my shopping he was always around me. Honestly I feel like he was profiling me and it was very uncomfortable. No matter what I got my groceries, but this Kroger profiles Hispanic pregnant woman. After this experience I won’t be coming back to this location. Also he even bagged the person that was on the other cash register and kept looking at me when I was paying. I swear that really makes me want to just stay home.

I was discriminated against by a cashier named Nivedita. Nivedita had 2 customers in her line when I entered the line. Her light was also on. All I had was one jug of water which it takes seconds to check out. When I approached the register to checkout I had to pushed my jug up because she didn’t turn on the belt. We are now face to face and she didn’t acknowledge me, she looked down only. She logged out, grab her water and went to self service very fast. I was so confused. I waited like a minute before I yelled out what’s going on? A guy tapped her shoulder and told her she had a customer. She replied to him I’m on break can you get that? He said I didn’t know. Once he came over I asked for manager because she abandoned me. She came back over and said he was suppose to come over and she told me she was leaving. The other cashier said you didn’t ask me that prior and I replied you never said anything to me as well. Why are you lying? I asked for a manager again. When the manager came he asked her did she tell me and switched it too I smiled and nodded my head which is also a lie. At this point the other cashier and bagger are looking lost because they have heard her lies too. The store manager said she is usually friendly which I didn’t like because I’m telling you differently. It’s like watching the news and someone goes to prison from big crimes and that one friend be like he was a good person. We never knew. He definitely made excuses for her. There is no excuse for leaving someone in your line, with a light on for break. I was the only one not checked out and I had one item. I feel like if I looked differently she would have checked out my water. She was still logged in. Cameras don’t lie. They will show me standing there looking lost and her never acknowledging or opening her mouth. I’m so upset that no one acknowledged her lying and mistreating me. She got to keep working and I got a $10 gift card. That’s not enough for that treatment

It's stinky Kroger. They call it that because of the water reclamation plant. It's an average grocery store with little fresh food stock. Store had exactly 1 NY strip steak and no hot food available.
Update: still no good steak or salmon. Hot bar is extremely lacking choices and food usually looks old and dry.

I cannot say enough nice things about the whole staff that works here. Seriously the most amazing employees and managers. When I was going through a tough time. They supported me and showed me kindness.
Angela , Scott, the British manager. The lady at customer service maybe a head cashier. But really everyone is a fine example of wonderful people

i have been going to this kroger since i was a child, as i live relatively close, probably something like 20~ years of me walking in there and remembering it, i stop by here after work, used to after school, and tonight was the most horrid experience i’ve ever had shopping at any grocery store i’ve ever been to. my partner was looking to deposit cash into their paypal account, something we’d done there before with Nivi, who is extremely polite. however, this time, emily was on shift, and didn’t know how, so she called over her manager. so far so good, this is when we were informed they were ‘uncomfortable with us depositing money due to hearing about scammers’ i was a little offended they implied we were scammers, but at this point i was content to just deposit elsewhere, take my things and leave. we told them we would, this is when they stopped us, searched our bags, and asked for a receipt, after having just watched us pay. i have been going there for as long as previously mentioned, and never had any issues with stealing, or not paying for things. and to imply that we were scammers and that we were stealing when we had the receipt to prove we weren’t was completely ridiculous. especially for long time customers.

They only had three scooters and none of them worked. I had to hobble around the store. So embarrassing.
