Scammers!!! After there intro pricing they can adjust to “market Rate” which they say is 4x there intro rate… but oh they will be nice if you call Andre and he will take a big $10 off the rate… seriously??? Then when you move out make sure you notify them according to “move out rules” or they will charge you a full months rent… if you don’t pay, they are so ready to send your info to collection agency… we didn’t mind a small increase but 4x…. So be prepared to pay a lot more then there intro pricing. Yes super nice when moving in… inside is clean but the grounds have litter all around that they don’t clean up on.

Our experience with life storage has been very rewarding.Andre is the manager and Trevor‘s assistant. They make a wonderful team.This review is in particular regarding our experience with Trevor. Trevor has been very professional and courteous during our major transition into our fourth storage space within life storage building in Roswell. He has displayed utmost kindness and patience during this process. He’s very knowledgeable and discerning of our needs for the amount of space that was required for our belongings as we were not certain of the size storage unit that we required, and how we would most benefit from charges for the unit. Trevor has been a very forthright, professional, as well as nonjudgmental person during this process. At times it’s very difficult deciding who to ask for help because both Andre and Trevor are very comforting and relatable.Andre and Trevor manage Life storage in Roswell as an impeccable facility. The building is perfectly located within exciting and booming town of Roswell, Georgia.So don’t waste your time, effort, or financial ability, looking elsewhere for competent storage for Silletti team, as well as a clean building, and very fair and comparable pricing for the units.

The gentlemen in the office were courteous and knowledgable about their policies and storage unit availability. They helped me to select the best option for my needs. The facility is extremely clean and well lit.

This location was always spotless! It has Great temperature and music. Audrey, the Manager is friendly and professional. I’ve seen him help a customer hands on because she parked and unloaded on the wrong side of the building; he had the same great attitude that he gives you each time he sees you.I have and would recommend this location to anyone.
