While being insured with them no issues really. It would have been nice to have a dedicated rep but it seems the turn over rate is high there, any time I needed to adjust my policy the previous agent had quit. What motivated the less favorable review is the fact that I requested agent transfer. They only sent over one policy, separated my cars and home policy which resulted in my payments going up, after paying my new agent I discovered via text my policy lapsed. Apparently the billing on the vehicle they sent over to the new agent was still with them. So I had to pay twice as well as an increased premium. Today they finally have decided after a week from my second request to transfer to actual transfer my policies. But this was not before the spiked my insurance up another $100 and sending the bill in hopes to squeeze every dollar out of me that they could. Seems very intentional and unethical to me. Had they properly sent over the policy back in January when I originally requested it I wouldn’t have had to spend hundreds extra on my insurance. My advise just stay on top of them when you need anything done from this agency. Up until I tried to leave had no issues.

I’ve been with Luka Cline for four years at least and have used my roadside assistance 4 times during that period. I just got a notice that they are canceling my roadside assistance because I used it!?!! What is it for then?? So after getting off the phone, I called and got a quote that was less than half what I’ve been paying through them anyway. Bye ?

I was connected to Halle Allen @ the Luka Cline State Farm office. I explained that I had a "personal" situation going on and needed to try to get auto coverage for 2 vehicles, 2 Teen drivers and that I had a 3 yr. old accident and ticket within a day or two. When trying to come up with a solution to my situation, we had several calls and emails going back and forth. She listened thoroughly, gave quick responses, multiple options, looked for ways to give me the best coverage options, and suggestions to help get me the most available insurance coverage at the best available rate, until my accident and ticket roll off. Her follow-up was quick. Her Customer Service was great!

Halle was so helpful and responsive with helping me get new car insurance and renters insurance. She was very professional and knowledgeable on policy details. She even sent me options regarding life insurance as well just for me to have options if I choose to change and update my life insurance!
