We love coming to Maserati of Atlanta. They always provide excellent service and have loaner vehicles available (a must since we are coming in from out of town!). They took longer than orginally planned due to issues with a machine and made up for lost time with an extra service at no cost which was definitely appreciated!! Thank you so much!!

This location is 1 hr from my house but because of the service I don't mind yge drive. Darwin and Stephan are always prompt and suggests the best things to service my Maserati Levante. Keep up the good work team. Also the job is done quickly.

I absolutely love Stefan Miller! He’s extremely professional, and knows his job. He’s one of the reasons that I stick with Maserati of Atlanta for my vehicle. Stefan is very personable and makes me feel valued as a customer. Overheard in the waiting area of Atlanta of Maserati. “ Stefan always goes above and beyond. He really cares about his customers”. I would certainly refer anyone to him.

If. I could I would give Maserati of Atlanta 10 stars. This was my first time buying a car online and out of state. Paul Stith made the process easy for me. He was able to save me money by discounting some fees. I recommend anyone who's looking to purchase a vehicle to visit Maserati of Atlanta and ask for Paul Stith.

RUN!!!!!My wife purchased a used quattroporte from here. We asked about the work done, work needed to be done, their safety inspection. Well she brings it home and immediately can tell it has not been inspected properly. The vehicle vibrates at high speeds and also shakes when idle. we ruled out a flat spot since it was driven a few hundred miles already and still no change. We take it to the palm beach dealership to find out it needs motor mounts, the rims are bent and the brakes has little to no life left.We talk with Atlanta dealership to find out how to fix this they pay for the motor mounts work. We take it back to the palm beach dealer for the other issues and they said they would pay for the wheel since clearly it was ignored by their shop in atlanta. Well I paid the bill for the wheels and have yet to get a call back or acknowledgement for reimbursement.We still have to do the brakes and front end suspension from the hollow clunking when going over bumps.All of these issues were noticed right away when the car arrived to me, so clearly the dealership wanted to ignore them just for more profit, instead of making the vehicle safe and front line ready.You would think buying a nice vehicle with 21k miles on they would have put it through the shop properly. I know used car will have issues as all car do but these are all items that would be well known the second you drive the vehicle out of a parking lot. They chose to ignore them for more profit. Terrible business practices.

Do NOT buy a new car at this dealership. My $100K+ SUV has small rust under the driver side front door (bought in 2021). I asked them to submit a warranty claim as the rust will only get worse and negatively effect resale down the road. It could ending up costing $1000's in reduced value. Maserati Corporate denied the claim and accused me of causing the rust as they believe the rust was caused by the door being closed on top of the metal seat belt. This NEVER happened. I believe it was a flaw in the painting process. The dealership didn't stand behind the problem either and simply told me i had to take it up with Maserati Corporate. Does this not seem like a horrible way to run a business? What if there are other problems while under warranty? The dealership takes no responsibility? Please don't solicit Maserati of Atlanta. The service technician also became physically confrontational when i expressed being upset with the handling of the situation. Stay away! Hope this helps.

I bought a maserati ghibli for cpo and I'm very disappointed of your service that have 110point but my tire car just drove 8month and 4000k miler. I go to tire shop check tire . they say bad tire to old and crack. is not safe . everything Your company is big but I hope that you guys can take your time to care about the customers when they are having an issue, even the tires. It would be great if the dealers or the Manager of this company are professional like how you suppose to be trained and take a responsibility of your services. No one want to pay that much to buy a car with the certified and still spend a lots of money to change a new tires.
