This morning I went to Metro to redeem a free item through the T Life app. I had already saved a pair of free gloves in my app, so I was ready to pick them up. When I arrived, there was a display on the counter with various free items, including gloves and torches.
However, when I approached, a lady came over, quickly took all the items off the counter, and put them away. She then asked if I had the app, and I confirmed, saying "Tuesday app." She responded, "No, it's Wednesday," which I didn’t think should matter, especially since I've been a T-Mobile customer for 10 years. I felt that as a loyal customer, I should be able to receive one of the free gloves I had saved in the app.
Unfortunately, the lady was speaking rudely, without smiling, and seemed unprofessional as she repeatedly said "No" without further explanation.

She doesn't want to sell, she answers as if she were scolding you and is very rude, terrible service, I recommend going to another branch

Used to be good.
Not anymore.
Not experienced kids are there. They don't even answer to you when you say good morning.
They ignored you.
The machine to make payment's doesn't work most of the times, and they are saying that you can't make payment's with them.
Now that place is the worst to visit.
What a shame metro 😥😥😥😒😒😒😭😭😭😭😭

Read the negative reviews, I agree with them all.
I'd rather die than do business here.

Do NOT go to this store!!!What a horrible experience I've had with MetroPCS I'm trying to calm down before I write this review because I am so upset they have wasted so much of my time and my money and I still don't have an active working phone. It started by false advertisement apparently on their website they say that you can pick a free phone if you switch over to them and you can start for $40 a month plan so the total amount due is $40 upon paying this it said please call the 800 number I was on the 800 number for 1 hour at least trying to figure out why my transaction would not go through and they kept trying to blame it on my card which was absolutely not correct. Their final response was I needed to go into a store upon going into the store they tell me well they don't have that special there they're not a corporate store any longer they are franchise and I guess they don't have to honor anything on the website for MetroPCS is what I was told so it was going to be $65 for the first month's service Plus activation etc all these other fees because I was desperate I went ahead and picked out a phone he told me it was ported over everything was okay that I would be able to receive calls and text messages. Of course this was not true my phone did not work and it's still not working and I'm sitting here with no phone that I desperately need so I've called the 800 number probably 10 times and they are complete idiots on the phone and I can't get through to anybody that will help me finally I reached somebody and they told me to open the SIM card compartment of course he did not leave the tool that opens the SIM in my phone box so I proceeded to use an earring to open it and realize there's no SIM card in there so the guy in the store did not even put a SIM card in my phone!!!!!! Not only that there was no charger in the phone box I've never purchased a phone before that does not come with a charger so he offered to give me a free wall adapter I looked at my receipt just now and saw that there was a charge for $30 for that adapter. All I can say is this do not go with MetroPCS I should have stayed with boost Mobile I was trying to find a cheaper alternative I spent every penny I had on this phone that won't work I am so frustrated I just want everyone to know do not go to MetroPCS if you have to don't go to this location they are horrible!!!Again should have read the reviews before going here. They are all terrible. This store should be shut down for false advertising and theft and the worse customer service ever. The owner is obviously not active in day to day operations of the store.Add on.... In defense of the associate who helped me, he said that it was an E sim card which I never heard of however wish he would have told me that day before. He reported phone and it worked immediately. The adapter charge on receipt not explained and overall the whole experience with Metro PCs was extremely bad !

So let me start off by saying this, if you hate your job please quit. The manager's attitude at this location is terrible. I will never recommend Metro by T-Mobile to anyone I know just based upon his horrendous service. How did he become the manager of anything!!!! There is a serious need of a huge change in this location. I and anyone I know will never visit this location ever again!!!!!!!!! If I could give -1000 stars I definitely would!!!!!!!

Disgusting service. The manager is being rude. I lost my phone and came to restore my SIM card. I wish I had done it elsewhere... Don't go to them.

I dont have many issues however when I do this was my go to store over the years because it was supposed to be a corporate location??? I visited the store yesterday (08/05/23) evening to activate a unlocked phone on my current line, a gentleman came from the back to help took the phone pressed a few buttons and then said oh its not going to work, I said what do you mean whats wrong with the phone? He said its nothing wrong with the phone its just to old to activate? I said excuse me, my current phone is older than this one ie brand new unlocked note 8, he says yea but its not enough numbers to enter it in the system I said so what do I need to do call customer service? He said you can but it will be a waist of time lol smh. I just took the phone back, literally went down the street and got the phone activated with NO problem took all of 15min. I've been a customer for over 20yrs, I dont require a lot with my phones however Customer Service is a must which has become such a joke these days. Id rather operating hours change than to allow people that put no effort to drive a thriving business down hill. If you didnt come to work what are you here for???

Don't go there, they will rip you off, Lady tried to tell me it cost $190 for a free switch over. $65 for first month, $35 for activation, so why am I paying a extra $90 dollars for? The only thing she could tell me is "technologically the switch over is not free you still have to pay for the phone". Wow even though it's advertised as a free phone when you switch from another company. They are scamming over there.
