The staff was super friendly at all times, however the ability to communicate after our car was dropped off was extremely difficult. I tried at least 5 times via call and text to get clarity on our service options that were recommended and it took 24 hours for someone to contact me personally. Adrian was extremely helpful in helping talk through my options. I then did not hear from anyone for another 24 hours so I stopped by in person to find out what time our car would be ready. I had a couple of follow up questions and Jordan was great listening and addressing my concerns. He gave me an approximate pick up time. However he failed to follow back up with me on a broken sensor on the right front bumper I was inquiring about having repaired or replaced. Overall the follow up or ability to get in touch with someone within a reasonable amount of time was very lacking.

Jim was terrific. One the best buying experiences I've ever had - Jim made it an absolutely painless experience. Would highly recommend him if you're looking for a Lexus (or any car they're selling at Nalley).

I purchased a 2023 Lexus RX350 from Kevin H. He was very personable and informative. Buying a car can be stressful but he diffused that by being patient and not adding typical car salesman pressure. It’s a somewhat long process so it’s a lot more enjoyable when you can chat and feel at ease asking questions with your salesperson. The overall experience at Roswell location was great. I highly recommend Kevin for your next Lexus purchase.

I had a great car buying experience with Han Oh! He was so helpful, not pushy and did a great job explaining everything—-made my purchase easy. Rodrigo Sanchez was great with the extended warranty information. I highly recommend both of these men if you’re shopping for a car! Definitely my best car buying experience!

Walked in to get information on the RX350, we were debating between that and a Volvo or an Audi, and walked out proud owners of one. Ben helped us and was incredibly nice and helpful and not pushy at all. We were also set on some things like wanting a hybrid, and he educated us on why that was not the most economic nor planet friendly option for us.

Han Oh was my Sales Consultant and he was outstanding.They come no better than Han. He is all about taking care of the customer .Rodrigo Sanchez Barrera, the finance manager, was also good to work with. The dealership was nice and clean. My best car buying experience ever !!!!

Awesome experience working with salesman Han oh. I talk with some other brands salesman before I come here. Han is the best. quick text reply , helpful find the right car , knowledgeable.When I and my wife go to pick up my new car, His co-workers ask him to help other customers resolve some car setup issues. And I did not ask many questions when we pick up the car, because Han already done all of that.I know he is a man who understands cars and what you need.At the first moment, my wife decided that if any of our friends wanna to buy a car, we will definitely recommend Han Oh.Thanks Nalley Lexus Roswell TeamThanks Han Oh.

David Fazio in the Service Department is always EXCELLENT! He makes the time. Always a good listener. He’s very thorough and gives his professional suggestions to services and schedules. He’s Fantastic on customer service and accommodations. Takes great care of me, my husband and adult kids when we come with our vehicles! David is personal and has a fantastic attitude! We can tell that he loves his job, it shows!!!

My experience was great. My sales person was Lazarus and he did a great job. I’m giving three stars due to the fact I realized after I purchased a vehicle, the bumper seem like it was not in place so I’ve been trying to reach out to Lazarus to get the vehicle repaired, but I’m being ignored for some reason. So which turned out to be a great experience now I am feeling not so great I don’t feel like I should have to repeatedly make phone calls or text to get something taken care of. It’s interesting how I didn’t have a problem when I was buying the vehicle now that the sale is over with I get nothing no response or anything. So I’m very disappointed at this point.!

The experience was great and my husband and I enjoyed working with Johnny Anderson. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and got our deal done rather quickly. I also have to commend the sales executives, Rueben and Daniela Brand, who always go over and beyond for their customers! I absolutely love working with Nalley Lexus Roswell! I have been a customer for years and they are the BEST!

Had some difficulty finding the place. Signs are not obvious and the directions to get to the service center once I got to the dealership was difficult.But I got help from a couple of employees and finally found my way.The service manager was very good took all the information And there was no problems there.However, it took more than a 2 1/2 hours that was originally intended because I needed tires and a wheel alignment. However, that took an additional 2 1/2 hours which I thought was rather extreme from experience.I wish there was a better way to be able to determine how long service would take.The waiting area was very good. It was comfortable and they had coffee and drinks and a few snacks. But because of the long wait, 5 hours,I missed breakfast and lunch.Perhaps they could offer to take you to someplace or to pick up something to eat around lunchtime. That would be a great touch for the dealership. An announcement would suffice.All-in-all I was satisfied with the service and dealership.

My salesman Mumba was nice but not very informed about the vehicle, they said he was new. I feel like you should train your people better before they interact with customers. I also feel like I was not treated fairly by the finance department. I have bought 6 Lexus vehicles in my lifetime and I have a credit score of over 820. I was told my best rate on a loan was 8%. My friend just bought a Ford truck and got 2.99%. I would think you should treat your repeat customers better than that.
