I sent them an email describing what I was looking for. They replied and I went in the next day. I got the office chair I needed quick and easy. Its been a couple months and the chair is great! Thank you to the owners. good people.

I'm in the parking lot at 10:20am on a Saturday. Google gave 9am as the opening time. The sign on the door says 10am. The front door is locked, and the store is dark.

What an awesome place to try and purchase office chairs! Debbie was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. The store was about to close, but Debbie and Dennis welcomed me in graciously and allowed me plenty of time to try out some chairs and ask questions. As an office chair n**** I truly felt like a kid in a candy store! It was such a pleasant experience and hope to do business with them soon! Definitely pay them a visit if you're in the market for office furniture!

I've purchased office furniture from this company for many years and have always been impressed with their selection and professionalism. My office chair (under a warranty) had a problem, and they quickly secured the replacement parts and fixed it. Highly recommended!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you’re looking for a new office chair, I highly recommend this place. Their inventory is of much better quality than Office Depot or Staples. They also have great offerings on used chairs if you’re looking to save. I personally went with the X-Chair Basic, as it had everything I was looking for in an ergonomic mesh chair for someone my height (6ft). Thank you Dennis and Debbie.

Dennis and Debbie were amazing. Dennis was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was very patient with our needs and many questions. Debbie went completely above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Will never buy office furniture or supplies anywhere else. We need more businesses like this. Wish I could give them 10 stars!!

Debbie was so helpful in determining which chair was best for our home office needs. We ordered over the phone afterwards with no problems and picked up the chair a week later already assembled!

Excellent selection and excellent customer service. I bought an office chair here several years ago for my home office. It was pricey, but it was the chair that best adjusted to fit both myself (short woman) and my husband (tall man). We love the chair, but a part recently broke off of it. I went to the store in hopes that I could pay to have it repaired. The store ordered the replacement part and repaired it - all without charge. I could not be happier and will definitely do business with them again when the need arises.

With the new age of people working from home, it is important to step up your (home) office furniture. Instead of going for the cute, convenient or cheap at the typical office supply stores, my husband and I drove a ways to get to Northpoint Office Furniture. And, we are SO glad we did! Between their great selection, knowledge and super customer service we are very happy & satisfied customers!

Debbie and Dennis were very keen on ensuring that the desk I put together for my home office would be suitable for the space, appeal to my taste and check off all the boxes on my wish list. The first time I came in we figured out roughly what would meet my needs. This included 2 pieces I absolutely did not consider before I went in but are now indispensable components of my new desk.When I came back the next week I had a much clearer idea of what would fit in my space and we worked through the various pieces and orientations to end up with the most workable solution possible.They then came out and set up the desk and mounted the wall cabinet with very little fuss at all. I have no qualms about recommending NorthPoint Office Furniture for anybody wanting to set up a solid adult office for your home.

The best customer service I have received in a long time. This is a small business that I would rather support over the big corporations. The business is run by a lovely couple. I ended up going here after one of those major companies failed me with a filing cabinet that I purchased. I decided to give them a try because I was rather disappointed with the quality of the products sold by the other stores. Needless to say, I was extremely impressed. They have great selections in-store coupled with quality service and a great sense of humor. I purchased a beautiful grey filing cabinet for my home office. It was reasonably priced and was the perfect item that I was looking for. The owners left me extremely impressed as they offered their personal service to help me get the item home. Yes, I am ranting about their business because they exceeded my expectation. I am thankful for doing business with them and have echoed my impressions to my colleagues.

Well I didn't purchase here, but staff was attentive. Their show room is for their new stuff, very small amount of used furniture in back, not priced how I would think. kinda upset I drove 45 minutes for their used inventory advertised at 8,000 sqft is probably more 300 sqft of used and 7,700 of new... their new looked nice started around $500. So probably better option for a business looking for new stuff, than a small business looking for cost effective furniture like I am.
