I went in because I needed their expertise and helping me find a good headset to use while I teach a remote class. There were two people working in the store and there were no other customers except for me. I asked a person at the checkout counter if they could help walk me through some of the items I was looking for and after she got off of her personal call, she told me no she wasn’t able to help me because there were only two people working there. Literally there was nobody else in the store and neither person could help me! Needless to say I didn’t purchase anything and now I’m going to target because I know there’s always somebody there that will help me with the electronics. This is not the first time I’ve had terrible customer service in the store unfortunately, not coming back here again because it’s just not worth it.

Office Depot shopping in a store with a great selection is a pleasure. Handing products allows me to choose the best for my use.

I have been using the self service copy machines in this location weekly for years, and up until recently, I was always satisified. About two months ago, though, I began noticing the quality of the service deteriorating. For example, they removed the staplers and pens they used to keep at the machines, and the quality of the copies began to deteriorate. Now it appears they've stopped servicing the machines all together. I was unable to make copies for the past 2 weeks because the machines no longer work. No one at the location seems to know whats going on. I had to switch to the UPS store.

I wanted to praise this young man on his job site but I couldn’t access the site. His name is Rob from the Roswell, Georgia location. He was pleasant, patient and efficient. It’s nice to meet customer service workers who have excellent customer service skills. Thank you again Rob!!

I bought a V8 "on the go" sharkookoo engine for my car. Along with a purple binder. I've used Bank of America debit card. I've asked for no plastic bag. I forgot to bring my reusable bag for our planet and our future. Education. Some people call it edumacaciones. ithink they need educationtences. oopsie dasies winter is coming.. imean approaching.
please vote otherwise we'll go down all...... together, as in, our ship captain will literallically sink out boat and we'll be eaten by jaws.
p.s. I've never been to trader joes. no way jose. bibi kpop.

Nakisha Johnson, the store manager at the Roswell, Ga store location, is absolutely fantastic. We brought an issue to her attention regarding a recent purchase and she went far above the norm in seeing that it was promptly and fully resolved. She is an absolute 10!!

The print associate was unwilling to help and once I printed the document it was wrng, and it was an issue getting my refund. The time wasted could have been avoided if the staff practiced GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
