I regret to share my negative experience with Painted Tree. This company operates under the guise of inclusivity, but it’s clear they prioritize profits over genuine support for their vendors. The rents they charge are absolutely ridiculous, and their policies seem designed to profit off vendors without offering any real support or growth opportunities.
I’ve been waiting almost three months for payment from my sales, and my attempts to contact them have been met with silence. It’s frustrating to realize that once they collect rent, they show no interest in maintaining relationships with the vendors who help bring their business to life.
To all potential vendors considering working with Painted Tree: be cautious. It’s evident that they are solely focused on collecting rent and have little regard for the well-being of their vendors or the quality of service they provide. Save yourself the headache and look for opportunities elsewhere!
The company statement of saying W-9 was invalid in the original contract that I signed stating that I would be paid via check monthly. They are withholding over six grand of my personal money for SEVERAL months now, and I can’t get in touched anybody and am being ignored at this point. Everything has been validated and fixed. And yet I’ve received any payment. Be aware of this company.

I have found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. As for the music, I enjoy it and feel it adds a positive feel to my shopping experience. I've shopped with my Bible study group and they agree the music is appreciated. That's 14 to 1; I think your store should cater to the majority of shoppers not just 1 whiney person with nothing nice to say. You can afford to lose that customer. Just saying. 😊
