I had back to back appointments for my three children and they are all new patients. The customer service was fantastic and well as examination with the eye doctor. This was hands down the best experience I've ever had and look forward to seeing them again next year.

Fortunately for me I completed my paperwork prior to my 9:20 am appt. I arrived early and they were able to take me asap because I came prepared. The staff were extremely helpful and we had several laughs. It was a great Friday morning appointment.
My tip is to complete your paperwork prior to the appointment and have a good, cheerful attitude!

The eye exam here was very careless. The air puff test actually ruptured a blood vessel in my eye and caused swelling and a constant foreign-body sensation afterward. On top of that, the prescription they gave me was inaccurate — the glasses are useless for both phone and computer use.
I repeatedly explained to the doctor that my current reading glasses feel comfortable and that I only wanted a pair with blue light blocking. He ignored me completely, just rushed through his routine process, and even complained that his assistant didn’t do an eye exam. I had already told the assistant I had a recent exam at a hospital and that insurance would not cover another one.
It feels like all this place cares about is money, money, money. The glasses I got here were a complete waste.

Was asked numerous questions over the phone when I made reservation, finally had to say I have to go. Sure enough I get there and the same questions were asked again and more. That was the first thing that turned me off. The second was they added 3% to my bill for using a credit card. Doctor was very personable so no complaints there.

My wife and I had appointments for 3:40 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Because she was coming from work and running a little behind, we switched appointment times. I got there at 3:00 and began the checkin process, which took about 10 minutes. My wife arrived at 3:45, but since I’d finished checking in we left the change in place, which the staff agreed to. “No problem” is what they said. Took me back at about 3:57. They performed an eye exam to check the blood vessels in the back of my eyes (about a 7 minute procedure) then moved me to my eye exam room. I sat in the room for probably 20-25 minutes before the exam started. I come out and my wife is still waiting to be seen! We sat there together for 10 more minutes, then they come to get her. They invited me to come in with her. We sat in that room 15 more minutes. Now it’s almost 5:00! Finally my wife tells me that they had taken 3 people in-I shouldn’t have to mention the color of their skin- that arrived AFTER she and I both! One woman, a Caucasian lady, was so shocked that they called her back when obviously my wife had been waiting, that she looked at her with a bewildered stare. When my wife finally had had enough she got up and went to the front desk to let them know she was leaving. The employee at the desk couldn’t believe her exam hadn’t even taken place yet! It was now 5:00 p.m. Never again.
