I don't know if this location has a problem with women but I made an appointment over the phone for 2 pm. When I arrived four men were sitting in the front and no one spoke they just looked at me. I said hello and they said move your car in a parking space so I did. They said it would be an hour and 40 minutes go by and the truck is still sitting. I go ask Lloyd I believe is his name how long it will be and he was extremely rude. I get a text 30 minutes later saying the car is ready. I had to walk up to Lloyd again he says nothing just staples the paperwork together. No thank you, no I'm sorry it took so long he doesn't say a word. I have never experienced such rude customer service in my life. I work for a large engineering firm who uses pep boys for their vehicles but I will make sure to let them know we should not support a business with such rude employees as Lloyd

John Fidell is awesome at this PepBoys. I’ve been to this location multiple times and I’m always pleased with the quality of service I receive from John.

I hate to use race but I don't know the gentleman name. The warranty company I used told me to take my vehicle to Pep Boys. I did as instructed. The gentleman gave me a diagnostic on my car but the warrant company said my mileage was over so I don't get it fixed. I went there with hardly any money and was told I had to pay for the diagnostic test. The black men who was on the computer was rude and told me I couldn't leave without paying. I explained to him that I was told by the warranty company that they would pay. I didn't argue with him. After he left the white guy gave me my keys and told me not to worry about it even though I offered to give him my debit card information and all my credentials. Thank you young man for being compassionate and not embarrassing me. I appreciate you

Walked in and was stared at with direct eye contact. No greeting, no assistance offered. Turned around and left. I wouldn’t leave my vehicle here.

Doug and the guys were great. They got my cayenne in and out in a few hours. I needed a full tune up and porsche annual done. The price was honestly 70% cheaper then porsche and everywhere else. Great quality service for your high end vehicle without breaking the bank. Highly recommend ?.

Terrible experience. I paid $100 for a used vehicle inspection. At check out the employee was visibly annoyed and impatient with any questions I had about the vehicle. When I asked why OBD scan hadn't been run, I was told that was only included in an 'engine diagnostic test ' that would cost another $100. AutoZone will run your OBD codes for free, AND it only takes a few minutes. One the worst customer experiences I've had hands down.

Very bad customer service, i went there yesterday at 9 am for oil change they told me to pick up the car at 12 pm. 3 hrs for oil change is way too much! So I scheduled an appointment for the next day at 9am and it was supposed to be ready by 10 or 10;30, but when I went to drop it and asked if we can have it by 10am, the guy John got irritated and said the F word and then handed back the car key to me as he's not interested in my business only because i asked if i can get car after 1 hour!!! Which is plenty of time for oil change. Anyways i went to Take 5 and they were very courteous and they did my oil service in 20 minutes

If you're a woman. Don't come here.Sent my wife to get new pads on her Honda CRV and they told her all 4 of her rotors needed to be replaced.I don't know what time of training your providing techs for them to think rotors that are near full thickness need to be replaced. But either you have terrible trained employees or deceitful ones. Dealers choice.Wanted us to pay an extra $700 for no reason I guess because we're just so generous.

I have to be honest the managers there are extremely unwelcoming. I showed up two hours before close and the manager told me that they couldn’t look at my tires. It wasn’t the fact that they couldn’t help me it was the way that they treated me as if I was bothering them. The guy John the manager basically told me to get out. I came a day earlier in the day and the guy with the dreads totally ignored me I went elsewhere! If this company really wants to prosper they need new management and new faces the guys that work there now don’t like their job!

Very efficient and friendly service. I was amazed how fast they helped me and completed my service much faster than the original estimated time to complete my repair they quoted me!!I would highly recommend!!

Performed the wheel alignment and wheel balancing and later found that the air pressure was not checked properly. I had to fill the air in tires on the immediate next day. I would assume air pressure check and refill is the basic thing that would be done at any service center.
