I came in to have used tires installed, and the experience was excellent. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently — It was ready in about an hour. The gentlemen at this place are so friendly and beyond helpful. I always feel nervous going to car maintenance shops alone since my car maintenance knowledge is very limited but everyone was extremely welcoming and explained everything to me. They will definitely be my go-to shop for sure. I recently moved to Roswell and feel very lucky to have found this place. HIGHLY recommend it!

Ken, the owner of Perfect performance tire has worked on several of my cars and my heavy duty truck as well. He gets it right the first time. I had a front a front end problem with my Chevy truck. I took ithe truck to a transmission shop who couldn’t figure it either. Ken and his mechanics figured it out right away. I won’t go anywhere other than Perfect Performance Tire in Roswell Georgia.

This is a locally respected shop for a reason. They’re very helpful, efficient, and honest like you’ve never seen.
I’ve come in here twice in the past year to get the brakes on my 4Runner replaced (b/c Toyota flagged them as “urgent need to change”). Both times Perfect Performance called me to share that I had plenty of life left on my brakes and it would be a waste of my money to replace - who does that!
I drive 20-25 min away from home to come here simply b/c of trust and dependability.

In from out of town and the tire gage light turned on. So I called and then chose to come here after looking at their website. Clean and family run for 33 years. Took care of us immediately and said tires were just a bit low and shook hands and said drive carefully! Now that is 20 Star service. Thanks !!!!

As an out of towner with a car problem far from home it can be scary to find someone you trust. The staff here with incredibly honest, kind, and generous and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for auto care.
