This place i’ve heard is awful. I have had a friend whose child went here and was told on multiple occasions the staff did not pay attention to her child or any other kids. They dismissed how the mother felt when she dropped off , they were not concerned when incidences happened to her child and they did not seem to care. They could not keep up with how many kids were in the classroom. They do not acknowledge kids when they are playing. As for the management , they could have been a little nicer and more respectful towards the mother and in the times of the incidences they didn’t seem to be concerned about her child.I was told by the mother she wouldn’t recommend the center.

I have loved having my daughter at Pine Grove Academyt. The staff is so nice and helpful. The owner and manager took time out of their day to give me a personalized tour before we registered and I showed up spontaneously. We left and said "this is a no-brainer". The teachers are so sweet. The chef is exceptional. My daughter doesn't eat anything but she says the food at school is "so yummy". Despite what previous reviews have said, I have never experienced anything other than a loving, inclusive environment. This place has been a blessing to our family and I would highly recommend sending your children here.

Awful place to work!! Too many teachers leaving and the kid's are out of control, no disapline for kid's screaming and hitting, especially when a teacher gets a book thrown at her, their plan is for the kid look at the video as to what she did, no sorry teacher or even telling the kid to go say sorry, I can now, why there are bad reviews for this school..Curriculum for the classes have no tools or supplies to teach kid's, when you do have supplies missing pieces aren't there. If you're thinking about working here, don't.. in fact run.. this school hasn't a clue as to what their doing.

Isn’t this the location that was on the news in 2021 for racism. You guys were caught on camera feeding black children only after the white kids finished eating. That’s why you lost your contract with kids r kids smh

It's sickening to see that video of your staff not feeding the black kids

Back people be very careful when you hand your children over to this company. Thery exercise white supremacist policies that are detrimental to Black children. And they encourage a white supremacist mind set to the white children.

Our 8 month old daughter has been at Pine Grove Academy since she was 2 months old. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Pine Grove and all of the staff! Our little one is in the infant suite and all of her teachers treat her like she is their own daughter. The staff is amazingly attentive & caring, & they go above and beyond to help her grow, learn, & thrive!Update: our 18 month old daughter is still at Pine Grove and thriving. We couldn’t be happier!

I’m extremely upset with how they run this place. I’m even more upset on how I was treated by the director here. Suzanne is rude and shows no empathy to her mistakes. I signed my child up for pre k here as he left the day care part and when I called and asked when I should bring the paperwork in they had told me he was not on the list. I talked to the front desk months ago. Suzanne would not call me back, every time I called she was going into a meeting(that took 4 hours!) and still didn’t call me back. I had to continue to call. She gave me no answers and no apology. Just insisted I start calling other day cares. Honestly this is probably a blessing. I would never let my child go back to a place that’s ran by a mean, cruel, rude woman like her.

It was my sons first day here and the owner was SO nice. Even though it was 6:30 in the morning she was happy excited to be there nicer than anyone! Even with Covid (still outside standing with masks on) we were able to meet his teachers and even the lady who cooks the food. She was so great about telling us how his day would go how & how to see him on camera. It was just like such a good experience. Our son had a great time and can’t wait to bring him back tomorrow. Grateful she was there to ease any fears we had and explained safety protocol etc. super happy!

Kids R Kids of Historic Roswell has been such a great school for my 2 kids! I’ve been with this school for 3 years now. My son has been in rooms 1-4 and my daughter has gone through room 1 and just moved to room 2. So I truly speak on behalf of personal experience. The very first thing that attracted me to this school was that the entrance and all the rooms are colorful and inviting! The rooms are so big! The whole place just looks like a happy place! They don’t want you to schedule an appointment for a tour. They tell you to come whenever you want, unannounced , so that you can see for yourself how things are at anytime. Miss Dee, the Director of Education and Miss Steffie, the school Director have always been so sweet and caring and extremely easy to talk to. They have cameras in all the rooms so you can watch all day if you have the time!! This is priceless! My babies started there at 13 weeks old and both times I was encouraged to let my kids have a few practice days where I could bring them in for however long I felt comfortable the week before their actual start date so both they and I could get acquainted with the room and teachers. The teachers were so nice to let me stay and hang in the room with my baby as long as I wanted while they went about their business. Once they got used to being in each room my kids would even willing leave my arms to go to the teacher... that’s also priceless! The teachers have been so loving and caring with the children. It really does feel like family after being here for awhile. When I look on the cameras my kids are having fun! They’ve made special classroom adjustments to benefit my children based on their reach of different milestones. They have an in house chef who makes fresh food every day! ( Her salsa is Amazing!) They have music day on Wednesday’s where Mr. Stripes plays instruments and sings for each classroom! In the summer they have water days outside! They celebrate holidays and do fun things with the kids through artwork and school festivals. Now that my son is 3, he has so much fun enjoying all the things(toys/supplies/sensory tables) they have in the classrooms and throughout the school that sometimes it’s hard to get him to leave the building! I love this school and the people in it and I know my kids enjoy it too!

We absolutely LOVE this school!! We took our son out of another school because there was no consistency with teachers among other issues. Since being at Kids R Kids, our son has had the SAME teachers. They know him and know what works best for him in the classroom. The teachers create a fun, loving, hands-on, environment. My son was constantly getting sick at his other school and believe it or not, since we have been at Kids R kids Historic Roswell, he has not been sick! They take pride in their classrooms and the materials/"toys" that the kids use to create, play, and learn. The teachers, owners, director and anyone else that works in this school not only know my son, they know me, my husband, and our elementary school aged daughter. We feel like we are truly a part of their family. Moving to Kids R Kids Historic Roswell was the BEST decision we made for our son.

Dear parents, if you going pay $$$ to this school, don’t... you can send ur kid same amount of money much better school..my daughter toddler attended kidsrkids for few months last year. Almost every time I picked her, she was bitten( one time big bruise) and other times was biting other kids. She was learning bad behaviors and seemed like staff was not watching her and other kids as well... it was frustrating..To the comment below... I truly believe my daughter was not having hard time communicating at that time. I’m a deaf mother who been signing to my daughter since she was born. She been signing since she was 6 months old. Let me be clear, I do understand if accidents happen few time but it was more than that .That was my issue. My daughter is hearing and now she speak 4 languages. Farsi, sign language, Spanish and English.. when she started going other school Montessori the biting did not happen.. (Knock on woods). My daughter honestly wasn’t learning anything. And they charge you for food whether you like it or not with tuition.Let me be clear since I cannot respond to the comment below, yes the food is made from scratch but that’s not the point. My daughter barely ate school food. They at least should give u OPTION whether food included in tuition or not even when my daughter doesn’t eat. That was the issue. It’s not about how the food was made. I wanted food off the tuition. The only thing she would eat was rice..... I wasn’t too happy with director how things was running and miscommunication ..I would look at camera and I did not like how things were running in the classroom. That’s my opinionso we changed school for several different reasons. My daughter been going To Montessori. My gosh amazing !!! No comparison, no toys in classroom, everything educational!!! We love it.. $$$$ is worth paying...And to the comment below, yes it’s been a while since my daughter doesn’t go there no more but I have the right to comment my experience and expectations..

I moved both of my kids a year ago from another local after school program that has a great reputation. The personalized attention my kids get, the after school attention to finish their homework, and the activities that keep their mind and bodies active are all reasons why I love this team. All the staff are kind and professional yet treat you like family. I am really impressed with KRK’s staff and really thankful that We found this amazing team.
