Very poor customer service and have been here waiting patiently for 30 mins now. Still no service. Last time I was here the lady was rude with her language. I just heard her again talk with this older couple and they said she was rude. This location use to be nice. Theirs only two staff here now. Needs help. I just got skipped and she went to someone else. I’m leaving this place and reporting them too corporate.

PNC bank will destroy you and not think twice about it. 1. I've been a loyal customer for over TWENTY years. 2. PNC closed my account with NO explanation & NO notice. 3. I woke up one morning with a zero balance in my account. I called & was told that my accounts have been closed because PNC can choose not to do business with me and they do not have to tell me why. 4. I went to the branch and was unable to get any answers- only that a cashiers check of my money was sent to me & was already in the mail. Meanwhile, I didn't get the checks for eight days. That's a lifetime when you're cut off with no warning!! 5. I called corporate and the president and an executive member and literally, they could care less. No explanation given by anyone. My husband and I were floored. 6. I've got two homes and PNC bank left me in a true nightmare! I've never bounced a check in my life and all my checks bounced all over the place, I had no access to any of my on- line bill pay with my account numbers and phone numbers, direct deposit had to be stopped.... It's endless. Final thoughts- if they can do this to me after being with them for 20 years and I have fantastic credit with a score in the 800's.... Imagine what this bank would do to someone else. My advice? There's far too many choices to take a chance like this. STAY FAR away from PNC bank!!!!

Real lack of professionalism! I gave the manager multiple opportunities to, in a professionally way, admit they didn’t communicate well. He wouldn’t do it.I was given specific instructions, I followed those instructions, and came back the next day. He gave a different set of instructions on the next day. I agreed to following their “cash checking rules” on the 2nd day but he would not admit that they told me something different 1 day previously. You can still follow your policies and make me to adhere to those policies, and apologize for any miscommunication or lack of clarity. It is called customer service and professionalism.

Went there today to close my account and was reminded exactly why I'm closing my account. I walked in and stood there for approx. 5 mins. In that time 2 employees walked right past me and didn't say a word. No "I'll be right with you " Nothing. I closed my account today after 4 years because I found another bank that was willing to give me the checking & savings account I wanted. However, after 4 years of being a PNC customer they refused. I will never be back & and those 2 employees, one by the name of Adam in the far back corner on the right should learn customer service skills. You NEED to greet the customer buddy. No longer a PNC customer and I'm happy about it ✌️

02/11/19 - Came in to cash my check per usual and got the same rep that I had when I was last stopped by on 01/14/19 (Cerise Cohee). I provided her with my PNC debit card, drivers license and the PNC check I needed to cash. I assume it's going to be the regular process but instead I got to deal with a rep with a not so customer service friendly attitude. She calls my employer and asks him basically if he really wrote the check that I brought in and if it was for "X" amount. She ends the call by saying to him "we do this for all of our valued customers" because I assume he probably asked her why she called to ask. When she gets off the phone I get my ID and debit card back from her and I also take the check I brought in and let her know I will not be cashing my check here. She scrunched up her nose and asked me "why not?". I ask her why she called my employer about the check I brought in. She says "new policy we got a couple weeks ago". Really Cerise? I was just here a few weeks ago and you didn't do this. I was also at another PNC location in Alpharetta just 2 weeks ago to cash my paycheck and they didn't say anything or call my employer either. I tell her that I wasn't notified that PNC had new policies for cashing checks. She then says she was asked to call him to verify. I explain to her that it comes off as offensive because 1. you didn't give me the courtesy to let me know you had a new policy and that you would need to contact my employer before cashing the check & 2. it made me feel uncomfortable as if I was trying to scam them or something.

This is not my home branch but I had to come here to get a signature verification stamp on a form I needed to submit to an investment firm since my home branch did not have the right person with authorization to do this. When I tried to get the same thing done at another bank I used to do service with, the teller had no idea about the signature verification stamp, so I put this off for several months and after switching the PNC thought I would try again. I did -- and was glad to do business with a bank that has knowledgeable staff. Here, with PNC, they had appropriate staff who were knowledgeable enough to find out what was needed, and I had to come back because the particular staff member with authorization to do these stamps was not in the branch. I made an appointment, which was nice to have a fixed date and time when I knew I could count on getting this done. On the appointment date, I had no problem getting this document completed. Service at this branch is also very friendly. They make you feel right at home and treat you well and take a personal interest in your needs. I really recommend trying this bank if you're in the market for banking services.

Have been banking with PNC for several years and the staff at their locations are always more than happy to help with anything you may need. This branch in particular has phenomenal customer service.
